Hi guys! Sorry for not posting in AGES. Thanks so much for 21.6K reads! The song above really makes me laugh so I hope that you check it out! Enjoy!

It was a typical summer Tuesday afternoon here at Camp Half-Blood. Several quests were underway, people were dueling on the lawns, and as usual, the newer kids were desperately trying to make their way up the climbing wall. As for me, well, I was doing what I usually did, which was tending to hurt campers in the infirmary.

I dealt with everything from life-threatening burns (from that stupid climbing wall), to minor cuts and scrapes from when someone just needed a BandAid. At the moment, there were four other kids in the infirmary, one was my sister, Kayla, who was talking to Percy, who had broken his arm. Leo Valdez was sleeping off another bad injury from a quest, and my personal pet peeve, Nico di Angelo.

Nico had the fun habit of coming to the infirmary daily just to annoy me. He would come in claiming that he had a devastating injury from dueling, but it would turn out to be a minor scrape. I just didn't have the heart to dismiss him from the infirmary though, especially if we weren't busy. Annoying as he was, I had to admit that Nico di Angelo was a good company.

"Doctor Will?" Nico called, smirking at me. "Why are you just watching me? Come over, I'm hurt."

"Right," I sighed, barely concealing my quick eye-roll.

I walked into the examination room that Nico was sitting in. As soon as he saw me, he began to feign extreme pain, and this time, I couldn't conceal my facial expression. I thought to myself, let's just get this over with.

"What seems to be the problem today?"

"Well, I was unsheathing my Stygian Iron sword, and I cut my finger,"

"Really, Nico? That takes like the tiniest amount of ambrosia to fix. You really couldn't have figured this out yourself?"

"I was out of ambrosia!" Nico protested, realizing that he had been caught. Funnily enough, he didn't seem to mind very much at all.

"All right," I conceded, not believing him one bit. I opened a drawer full of tiny cubes of ambrosia and pulled one out. I offered it to Nico, who downed it quickly. "Is that all?"

"Umm..." Nico searched his brain, clearly trying to think of something else that would annoy me. "Wow, I feel really faint all of a sudden. I think I need to lie down."

"Really? Even after taking was more ambrosia than you actually needed?"

"Yes!" Nico protested again, peevishly. "How dare you not take my symptoms seriously?"

"Maybe I would if you didn't come to the infirmary Every. Single. Day." I whispered under my breath.

"What was that?" Nico asked, amused.

"Nothing," I said quickly. "I thought you were feeling faint. How come you can talk normally?"

To that statement, Nico had no response besides a scowl. He closed his eyes quickly and just lay there for a minute while I watched him idly for lack of anything better to do.

"Like what you see?" Nico asked after a few moments of silence, peeking at me with a half-opened eye.

"Shut up," I grumbled, upset that he had caught me staring. "I don't want to see you in here again unless it's actually serious."

I didn't bother to wait for a reply and instead stormed out, annoyed for no particular reason. Maybe it was because I had realized that Nico was actually pretty cute. Too bad that he was irritating as hell.
