Chapter 29

The new team Avatar had decided to set up camp in a small forest where not that many spirit were around. Zaka closed the tent and walked up to the rest of the group "he's sleeping" She said as she sat down next to the hot fire. Teko smiled as he stuffed his mouth with food "are you sure your okay you look sick?" Teko asked earning a halfhearted grin from the fire bender 

"don't worry you can tell me...Senga went to sleep already" Zaka was always grateful for Teko he maybe stupid sometimes but he has a kind heart. "Well...i've been getting this feeling whenever i am around Korren and i know i like him but it feels weird...it feels like i've known him even before i was born"

"so you love him?"

there was that weird silence again as a rush of red made its was to Zaka's cheeks "yeah of course i love him as a friend" Teko smacked his palm on his forehead "I'm going to bed"

"Okay ill keep a look out" Teko nodded as he went into the tent that Senga was asleep in. 

seconds

minuets

hours

passed.

Korren groaned as his eyes began to open he looked around and realised he was in a tent "Huh?" he opened the tent to see Zaka's back to him it looked as thought she was on a look out for danger or anything "You okay?" Korren said making Zaka jump into a fighting stance with a spit of fire rasing itself from her fist. "Spirits! you scared me....what are you doing awake you need rest" she said as she pushed Korren back into the tent and under the covers she got up to leave  before "i-i can't sleep without holding something" he said making Zaka stop in her tracks.

"s-so how do you sleep at home"

There was more silence

"i use my pillow..." he mumbled. Zaka couldn't help but blush"d-do you want me to sle-" "Yes!" he said more excitedly than he thought. Zaka nodded and laid next to the Avatar only a few inches away. the tent was unhumanly hot, but Zaka was not fire bending. "isn't it hot in here"

"oh sorry i tend to...fire bend when i'm nervous" Zaka started to sweat "w-why are you so nervous were just friends nothing will happen" Korren raised an eyebrow "i never meant it  like that" Zaka immidently covered her face in embarrassment. 

Korren's POV

I could tell she was blushing i found it kinda cute but it was fun to mess around with. "Don't worry we are just friends". I opened my arms and pulled her into a warm embrace i could feel her trembling "only for tonight"

"yeah...only tonight"

Nobody POV

Zaka lifted her head up to see Korren looking right at her "W-what?" she said with a huge blush on her face "your eyes...there beautiful and your hair looks amazing...and your bo-"

Zaka had covered Korrens mouth to stop him from talking "O-okay i get it you like me" She said a bit more harshly then she intended to. Korren had no idea what his body was doing but it was pulling itself closer to the fire princess. they were now only a few inches apart until "WAKE UP!!!" They heard Teko shout from outside the two teens groaned and pulled away from each other before walking out the tent "ohhh Zaka i thought you were on look out i guess you could say you were looking for Love!....get it Korren, Love , look out" the group did not laugh a bit at his joke until

"Ohhhh i get it ha! oh spirits that a good joke" Korren shouted as he held his stomach trying to stop himself from laughing.

Both girls looked at each other thinking the same thing *We're surrounded by idiots*

"Korra! do you like watching your wife go through hell because of you and your mistakes"

"Korren is no mistake he is my son!"

"he is a kid that should have never been born"

"why her Korra why not me! i gave you everything but you chose her, why!

silence

"fine then don't answer but tell me this who do you belong to"

"Asa-"

"NO!"  a small bit of spiritual essence left Korra's body

"WHO DO YOU BELONG TO!"

"i-i belong to Asam-"

"NO ! you belong to me! you belong to me you are mine! you will bare my children"

"b-but i can't"

"then we shall remove it!"
