Chapter 35 Reunion

Mako held his arm in front of his face to protect himself "T-the avatar state" 

Korren looked over at Mako and earth bended some rocks around him pinning his arms and legs onto the floor "What are you doing!"

But Korren didn't Answer he swilled his arms around. Korra's eyes widened knowing exactly what Korren was doing "Korren no! We don't kill!" Korra shouted but her son continued to bend the blood inside Mako until he stopped "He has no blood!" Korren shouted he lit his fist on fire and sent a punch flying towards Mako.

Korra thought for a second "No blood.....he's been in the spirit world for over 13 years...."

and it clicked it all made sense, Mako has been taken over by a spirit "Korren! Listen to me! Mako never ment to hurt Zaka! A spirit is controlling him!"

"But she's still dead!" Korren shouted the light in his eyes became even brighter. "No korra think...um..shit..uh...WE CAN SAVE HER!"

Korren stopped in his tracks "h-how" 

"Katara she's a healer we need to go back to Republic city" Korren smiled a bit as his eyes went back to his normal colour He looked over at the bender who was stuck to the ground. 

Korren walked up to Mako before punching him "Korren!" Teko shouted ordering the Avatar to help him pick up Zaka. "Wait a minute" Korren said as a few images poped into his head

"E-engery...bending" Korre said as his hands made there way onto the fire bending "Kid! what are you doing!" Mako shouted as he began to tremble

"I-i don't know" Korren said. He began to feel some power serge into his body 

"take..it"
"take his bending"

"People must respect the way of life"

Those were the only words repeating in Korrens mind until it went all blank.

Teko's POV

There was a flashing blue light. it was crazy light. i turned my head and saw Korren's eyes glowing along with that evil fire bender, but not long after i saw a spirit separate itself from the fire bender it looked painful.

Nobodys POV

There was silence as the light began to get dim, Korren let go of Mako making him drop on the floor "Spirit you have earned the ultimate punishment, taking the life of another Avatar causes death!" Korren shouted along with thousands of other voices.  Korren swirled his hands around as the dark spirit turned to white and soon disappeared.

"What did you do to him?" Teko asked, but he did not get a answer as he watched his friend walk over to the older Avatar.

"M-mother" Korren said still in the Avatar state He placed both his hands on his mothers face before his eyes began to glow brighter and so did Korra's "We are one again!" Ravaa shouted out before the light began to disappear. Korra sat up before hugging her son tightly "Korren..."

"Mother" Korren said as he shed a few tears. he didn't want to let go and neither did Korra.

She never knew she would feel so much love for someone first meeting them but its true she loved Korren no matter what.

After what felt like hours the two spilt apart. Korra stood up as a huge smile brushed across her face she got into a fighting stance before kicking a wave of fire into the air and punching some air out of her fist "This feels grate!"  She shouted on her tip toes. she had not been able to use her bending for over 13 years. 

"Korren! for Ravaa sake HELP ME!!" Teko shouted making Korren snap back in to reality he rushed over to Teko "Okay you take Senga...i'll take Zaka" Korren said as he slowly picked up the fire nation princess. he looked at her face and examined every detail on her face "She's beautiful" he said and began to walk.

The spirit world was changing,  All the spirits were now back to normal now, the spirit world was no long dark and gloomy.

Korra walked alongside Teko and kept staring at his face "It can't be" She said as she gasped. Teko looked at her. 

Korra's POV

 His hair slick back, a chubby but strong face. but soft green eyes. "Bolin and Opal had a kid!" i shouted i couldn't believe it Bolin and Opal had a child thats amazing

"yeah I'm Teko...and this is Senga" He said pointing to the girl in his arms "Umm..Kai and Jinoras right?" i asked as i saw her born but light skin with grey eyes and brown hair. 

the earth bender nodded at me "Sooo cooollll!"

Nobody POV

Korren couldn't help but keep looking at Zaka, he really waned to kiss her. "You got to promise you'll wake up" Korren said as he brushed the hair out her face. Korra couldn't help but stare at her son "So are they dating?" Korra asked the earth bender, but he shook his head "Not yet....but i know Mrs Sato would never allow him to date"

"Sato.....a-asami" Korra stopped in her tracks as they were so close to the spirit portal "Mother what's wrong?" Korren asked with a serious face as he watched Korra tremble "A-asami...shes gonna hate me" Korra mumbled but it was loud enough for Korren to hear. "no shes not she misses you a lot just come on i want to save Zaka already" Korren Ordered.

Korra frowned "sure is Asami's child" she continued to walk.

Outside the spirit portal

Asami, Katara Bolin, Opal, and Eliza  stood at the entrance of the portal they all had been informed of the return of Korren and his group by a spirit. "They are here" Katara said as six shadows appeared as they walked out through the portal. 

Asami's POV

My heart stopped. that hight....that hair, that face, that muscular body, it belonged to the woman i wanted to die for "K-korra" is all i said before we were face to face. it was silent "H-hey Asami...um I'm back" i didn't hear a word she said my body instantly took over i grabbed Korra by the waist and lifted her up into the air and spun her around, i could tell she was shocked but i didn't mind.  had my wife in my arms again, i hugged her tightly not ,letting go she brought her lips close to mine as her soft warm, i haven't felt this feeling for so long.

"What do you mean you can't heal her!" Korren shouted. me and Korra turned our heads to see Korren pacing up and down "You said you can heal! then heal her"

Nobodys POV
"I can't she is already dead" Korren had tears running down his face "Korren calm down" Korra said as she walked up to her son. it was weird how nobody had said anything, well that was because they were all trying to understand how someone who should be dead walking right in front of them. Korran looked up at Korra before berrying his face in her chest "Mother...shes dead" He cried as Korra rubbed his back

"No..you can heal her...just feel the energy inside her and you'll know what to do" Korren Nodded and placed Zaka into the small lake. Everything went silent. Korren closed his eyes and began to bend the water around the fire bender. he felt it, her engery was dying slowly but he could bring it back to life....he took slow deep breaths then.

*cough* *cough* Zaka leaned forward before being tightly hugged by Korren "huh..d-did we win?" Zaka asked as she felt Korrens tears on her neck "Yes my love we won"

"w-wait what?!" Zaka was speachless 

Korren looked deeply into her eyes "Zaka i love you....i love you so much...."

"i love you too...so much" Zaka replied as she pulled Korren in for a hungry  kiss 

"YESSS!! MY SHIP HAS MADE IT!!" Teko shouted as he fist bumped the air 

(i enjoyed writing this chapter, but i am kinda sad its going to end soon. i will post another chapter later on today or early tomorrow and it will sadly be the last so i will try my best to make sure its the best, Any suggestions i will try to make it happen in!)
