"We'll talk more about this at lunch," Eric stated not leaving any time to argue and walked off to his classes. Jay and Ezra went to their class while the rest of us went to ours. The whole day I worried about Cameron and his predicament as well as Masons' problems and John's depression. I sighed as science class let out and we went to the lunchroom to get their food and then to our table outside. The group had decided that that would be our new permanent seat since they knew my ears were sensitive.

"So, why didn't you tell us sooner?" Eric asked. He was frustrated because he was worried for his friend.

"I knew how you guys would react, and I would have been put into the system. I didn't want to leave you guys," Cameron admitted.

"I don't either, that's why i'm grateful Jarens parents are taking me in as well," Mason admitted.

"What do you mean?" Eric asked as he whipped his head around to look at Mason.

"My mom has recently become a drunk and a drug addict, but I'm having her taken to a rehab when she can be," Mason admitted.

"What made you think about that? Knowing you you would have put up with it until she got caught and put in prison," Toby asked.

"I would have if Jaren hadn't proposed rehab," Mason admitted again.

"Again, how does he know?" Ezra asked.

"The story goes like this, yesterday Jaren and I were about to head home when John offered to drive us home. Jaren then made the assumption that we should follow Mason. I didn't argue, of course, since he helped me. So we got in John's truck and followed Mason where we saw his mom throw a beer bottle at him, so Jaren went and talked to Mason for a minute and came back to us and explained the situation. We left to let Mason think about the rehab, and obviously he chose to send his mother to rehab," Cameron explained.

"But still how do you know when something is wrong with someone?"John asked.

"Because I'm magical!" I shouted. This, of course, made Mason laugh, because he laughs at anything.

"Wow, didn't know you could scream," John remarked.

"I do what I wanna," I shrugged and chuckled a little. They stopped with the questioning and we just spoke about random things as they ate. I finally found some good friends I thought to myself and smiled. I'm truly happy at this moment. I looked over to see Evan, Tyler, and their friends at the other outside table.

"I'll be back," I told John. he just nodded and I went over to the other group.

"Hello," I greeted. They all greeted me as well.

"What are you doing over here?" Evan asked.

"Just decided to say hi," I shrugged, "did you guys hear about the new kid?" I asked.

"No, who is it?" Evan asked.

"I don't know, all I know is he is mute. He moved here today and is getting to school tomorrow," I answered with a shrug.

"Cool," Lui answered. Lui is a small guy with light brown hair, a visible jawline, and brown eyes. His voice is a sun yellow and shows his kid like attitude. His voice shows that he is sensitive to words and is really nice.

"What's his name?" Tyler asked. I shrugged in response.

"I heard he lives near Evan, so keep a lookout," I told him.

"Oh, that means he will ride our bus!" Craig exclaimed.

"Yeah, he might unless he gets a ride from his parents," I smiled, "I'll see you guys later," I waved and walked back to the group.
