As soon as I had closed the door behind me, I let out a sigh. Disappointed that Itona couldn't come eat with us. Subconsciously gripping my uniform where my heart was located, I failed to conceal my disheartened expression.
"Oi, Endou, why the long face? Upset that your crush couldn't stay~?" Someoka teased with an equally teasing grin.
My face heated up in a very bright shade of pink. I could even feel that my ears were hot.
"S-Shut up, Someoka! I d-don't have a crush!" I defended.
"I don't get it. Captain has a crush on Domon-kun..?" Kabeyama interjected.
I sweat dropped but didn't bother correcting him, just want this whole topic to drop. I sat down on a seat by the counter and I could faintly hear Handa correcting Kabeyama's statement about how I had a "crush" on my female striker.
