XLIX: Choi Yena

[Third Person POV]

Yuri ran out of the room leaving all of her friends. She ran back and forth in the hallways. The truth is, she actually doesnt know how to go to the garden. Everthing seems so new to her.

So she did the only thing she knew how. She went straight to the elevator and went to the third floor. She closed her eyes and pretended that Yena was leading her to the garden.

Sooner or later she opened her eyes and found herself outside the garden. She was a bit nervous opening the door. For all she knew ... She was gonna see her Yena unnie.

She took a deep breath and slowly opened the door. A girl was sitting on a bench while looking at the sky with closed eyes.

'Is that Yena unnie? She's really pretty ... how did I get so lucky' Yuri had all kinds of thoughts in her head.

The other girl didnt seem to know that Yuri came in the garden. Yuri was amazed on how beautiful the garden was. The plants were all so green and everything was so beautiful, no wonder they like it there.

She sat next to the other girl whose eyes were still closed. A tear fell from the girl's eyes as she opened them. She saw Yuri who was now close to her. She just stared at her and didnt speak.

"Yena unnie, I can see you now" Her tears were also falling. She couldnt believe that she's seeing the love of her life for the first time. She wrapped her arms around the other girl. The other embraced her hug as both of their tears fell.

"Unnie~ why aren't you saying anything? Stop crying your eyes are now red" she wiped off the tears from the other's cheeks. As both of them smiled.

"Sorry Yuri. I'm not Yena" she knew exactly whose voice it was. She let her go and just stared at her. The girl wanted to tell Yuri where Yena was but she had second thoughts about it.

"Chaewon unnie ..." she had a frown in her face. But she quickly replaced it with a smile. Even though she wasn't Yena, she's still happy that she saw how Chaewon looked like.

"Your looking for Yena right?" Yuri slowly nodded. Chaewon stood up and offered her hand to Yuri. Yul graciously accepted it.

Chaewon lead her to the one place that Yena always goes to. "Is it okay to leave the hospital?" Yuri just nodded.

She was confused with Chaewon's actions but ahe didnt question her. They rode a bus and walked for a half an hour. Yuri was glad to go though, it's her first time seeing the outside world. She was amazed by the beauty of all the stuff.

"Are we close?" Chaewon slowly nodded as they went to a building. Yuri wasn't really skilled with reading that's why she had no idea where they were.

"What is this place?" The other didnt answer her but just kept on walking. The entered a room which contained five people.

"Yuri ..." a person came up to her. She wasnt sure who the person was because the voice was a bit hoarse. But she was certain that this wasnt Yena.

Chaewon motioned them to come closer as they introduced themselves. It was Yuqi, Yiren, Chaeyeon, Sihyeon and Yunjin. The girl who called Yuri earlier was Chaeyeon.

She gave them all a smile. But she was confused on why all of them were crying. "I'm here to see Yena unnie"

"You- We talked about never bringing her here!!!"Chaeyeon went straight to Chaewon and held her in the collar ready to punch her.

"YAH!! whAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU THINKING!?" Chaeyeon was now shaking Chaewon. Yuqi and Yiren tried to calm Chaeyeon down.

"HOW DARE YO-"

"Unnie STOP!!" Yuqi was trying her best to stop her as Yiren was trying to calm her down.

"CHAEYEON UNNIE!!" Chaewon shouted on the top of her lungs which made them all stop. Her face was now red and tears were already falling.

"How dare you do that here? I brought Yuri here because she wanted me to. She didn't tell you because she knew that you were already having a hard time. And FYI Yuri has the right to know" Yuri was still confused on what was happening. Chaewon was calm when she said all those words. She gave Yuri a smile as she pulled her.

Yuri was confused to see a coffin in front of them. She already got the idea but she didn't want to believe any of this. Chaewon let go of her hand as she went closer to the coffin.

"Unnie ... I brought Yuri here, just as I promised. I have a lot more to show her but I wanted her to see you first" she looked at Yuri which made Yuri come close to her.

Her tears fell as she saw Yena's lifeless body inside. Tears kept on falling as Chaewon tried to wipe them. "Don't cry, Yena unnie will be mad at me if you do"

"Ye-yena unnie!!!" She cried her heart out as she touched the coffin. She couldnt bare to see her body but she also wanted to see Yena.

Chaewon let her have time alone with Yena. So she went to a corner and mourned by herself.

After a while Yuri stopped crying. This made Chaewon go to her. She brought flowers for both of them, it was different from the rosemaries that were placed on top of the coffin.

"Those flowers are rosemaries. They mean remembrance." Then she handed Yuri a red flower. While she held a blue one. "These are both Salvia flowers, mine means 'I think of you' while the red means 'forever mine'. I bought this just for us" Yuri thanked Chaewon as they both placed their flowers on top of the coffin.

Forever mine. Forever mine. Yena unnie will forever be mine ... I love you unnie. Yuri thought of that as she stared at the coffin along with the flower.

Yuri asked if they could stay there a bit longer. Chaewon agreed as she informed Yuri's parents about the situation.
