"Wow." That's all I could think of when I laid eyes on that boy.
I just arrived in The Glade a few hours ago, you know how it happens, right? If you don't it's basically hell... you wake up in a sort of box thingy, it's dark and cold and after what feels like an eternity the "box" stops, the ceiling opens up and you arrive in The Glade. Oh and you can't remember anything, but that's just a minor detail. Yep it's that easy! Well if you're a boy it is, and unfortunately for me, I'm a girl. I guess I'm the first to ever arrive here because, 1) I didn't see any other girls, 2) the other people here, boys, obviously, are either looking at me like I brought the shucking plague or as if I'm food and they haven't eaten in years. Wait, what the hell does "shucking" mean? Okayyyy, this is weird.
"Well, hello there!" A voice woke me from my thoughts, I take a look at the person talking. It's the cute guy. He looks even better from up close and he's smirking at me, while eying me up and down, also called checking me out.
"It's not polite to stare." I say to him after he'd been looking at me for at least 2 minutes. This time He was the one that got took by surprise, and I was the one smirking.
"I wasn't s-staring" he answers embarrassed
"Suuure. Anyway what's your name ?"
"Minho, Nice to meet you.. Um.."
"Lynn"
"You remembered quite fast" he says sounding a bit surprised,
"Well I guess I'm special" I say with a sly smirk on my face.
"No doubt about that" he whispered more to himself than to me, but I still heard it and weirdly enough it felt like I had not only butterflies in my stomach but a whole zoo too.
There we go! I know nothing REALLY happened but I'd be glad to make a part two if you want :)
