FADE IN:
School bell rings.
NANCY-16–is short and plump. Anxiousness clouds over her otherwise pretty face as she is the first out her class.
ALTER-EGO (A.E)–16-closely follows Nancy. She is tall and skinny with long, cascading hair; her uniform is positioned to accentuate every curve and doesn't carry a bag.
Nancy is soon jostled in the tidal-wave of students, whereas always seems to glide along easily, constantly at Nancy's side.
A group of girls begin to follow Nancy, pointing and giggling at her. As they overtake her, they call out:
GIRLS
-Fatty
-Dumb bitch
-Ugly slut
-When will you go on diet pills? Everyone can see you need them.
Nancy glances nervously at the cackling girls and attempts to fight her way to the other side of the crowd. A.E breaks away from Nancy and starts making her way menacingly towards them.
NANCY (V.O)
(quietly)
Don't.
A.E stops, scowling at the receding backs of the girls, waiting for Nancy to catch up.
