Patton's POV
I was in the kitchen finishing up my tea when I heard the door slam open. Walking to the living room, I'm startled by Roman bursting in.

     "Boys! I got a cake!!" He practically screams holding up a plastic shopping bag. Logan briefly looks up from his book and simply glares at Roman.

"Ooo what kind?" Taking a sip of my tea, I  sit on the couch near Logan.

     "Death do us part, double chocolate cream, with sprinkles!" He states as he pulls it from the bag. "I also was gonna ask if you guys wanted to play some good old truth or dare."

Logan and I exchange a look, "Sure why not." Roman sets the cake on the coffee table and runs upstairs. I assume he's grabbing Virgil from his room.

A moment later Roman is back with Virgil slowly behind. "Alrighty boys let's get this party started!" he announces.

We all take a seat on the floor around the coffee table. Roman then decides to go first. "Hmm...Logan. Truth or dare?" Logan pushes up his glasses and confidently asks for a dare.

"I dare you to wear your tie like a headband for the rest of the game." Logan rolls his eyes and repositions his tie. "God I look like an idiot." He says while constantly brushing the tie out if his face.

"Lo I can't take you seriously with that tie." I managed to say while holding back the urge to laugh. We make eye contact for a moment and I feel my face burning up. Am I blushing? Nah. It can't be. It's only from laughing. I mean Logan is really cute, and smart, and nice, and cute. No, I'm not catching feelings for him.

Logan's POV
I can't believe my tie is around my head. What fool would do something like this? Apparently me. I'm the fool. Alright, Logan time to suck it up and get this little game over with.

I think for a moment before choosing Virgil as my target. "Virgil truth or dare?" He removes an earbud, rolls his eyes, and utters a truth. "Alright. How much eyeshadow do you go through in a week?"

     "Seriously Logan? That's the most boring truth I've ever heard." Roman chimes in.

"I'm sorry you're creativity, Roman. Virgil go on."
    
     "Uhh like 6 pallets. What? I cry a lot okay." He puts his earbud back in and ignores us more. Virgil takes it out again as we all look at him. "Oh right. Um, Patton truth or dare or whatever."

"Dare! Dare! Dare! I'm feeling a little risky!" Patton bounces up and down. God, he looks adorable when he acts like that.

I rest my head on my hand and smile in his direction. I sense my mind start to wander.

     "I dare you to kiss the prettiest person in the ro-" I suddenly cut him off.

"Falsehood! He can't kiss himself!" I realize what I said and throw my hand over my mouth. My face starts to heat up as I begin to blush.

     "L-Logan? D-did you just call me pretty ?" Patton stutters.

"Uh. I-I'm going to go read a book. I-in my room." I stand up and make a dash for my bedroom.

I close the door behind me and sit on my bed. "God, what was my logic behind that? Why did I say that? God, I'm such an idiot!" My head falls into my hands and I start to tear up. I know he doesn't like me back. He doesn't show any romantic attraction towards me. Great I ruined all chances of us being together.

I suddenly hear a soft knock at my door. I look up through my fogged up glasses and see Patton standing nervously.

     "Uh, Logan. Did you really mean that? Calling me pretty and all. Wait are you crying?" He adjusts his glasses and looks concerned.

"N-no no I'm not crying." I wipe my eyes and sniffle.

     "Logan don't lie to me." Patton sits next to me and holds my hand.

"Pat. Y-you're holding my hand." He softly giggles as I blush. We make eye contact and he places his other hand in my check. Patton leans in and kisses my lips. I feel my body instantly melt into his touch. We pull away but our hands still interlocked. He starts to let out a nervous giggle. I grab his other hand and look into his beautiful, coffee brown eyes. "I love you, Patton."

     "I love you too Lo." He smiles the biggest smile I've ever seen. "Till death do us part!" He pulls out a slice of Roman's dang cake. I start laughing "Where did that come from?! But yes. Till death do us part."
