I am no Hero ! (Bakugou x OC)

3: another fight and awkwardness at the beach

Before chapter starts I want to say that I've watched the BNHA anime mostly in the dub and only few subs so I am not sure about how much each charecter uses japanese honorifics so I want to apologise in advance about how much I am probably going to Fuck up.

Here's today's chapter...

Izuku entered the room with a clean t-shirt and shorts, running a towel through his wet hair and sat down on the bed saying, "The shower did help my aching muscles.". He had just returned from his first day of training with All Might and Ikuyu had forced him to go take a shower instead of letting him just pass out on his bed.

"Huh, what muscles noodle arms." Ikuyu joked.

A pillow was sent flying at him along with the words, "who are you to say, not like you're any better! And don't call me that!"

Ikuyu threw it back at him chuckling and a pillow fight ensued between the two. They kept hitting each other with pillows until they couldn't control it anymore and they both burst into laughter. They laughed uncontrollably for a long time, just like it was back when they were kids, back when they were still waiting for their quirks, when things between them weren't complicated, when they were inseparable like the north and south poles of the same magnet.

After their laughs subsided they sat silently for some time regaining their breath. Izuku let out one last deep breath before saying, "You are absolutely cruel Ikuyu, you just had to hit me so hard, not like my muscles were already aching from the training earlier."

"Hurt already brother, what are you going to do when you'll get pounded by villains 7 days a week in a row."

"Oh shut up, that is what I'm training to prepare myself for."

"Good, stop whining then."

"I'm not whining," Izuku whined.

"Sure you aren't, just like nothing happened yesterday." Ikuyu regretted his words the moment they left his lips, he immediately slapped his hand over his face. Sure he had told himself last night that he was willing to wait but it hadn't left his head the entire day and he just couldn't stop it from slipping out right now.

Izuku's smile fell from his face, he looked at him with his eyes wide, "Oh, you did not just bring that up right now." He hissed. He was the nice cinnamon roll that was calm with everyone, and it hurt Ikuyu more than anything because it was almost like it was only with him that he lost his cool.

"I'm sorry Izuku I didn't mean it-"

"Yeah you didn't, you never mean anything, it just slips from your mouth like always. Things don't really slip from your mouth if you haven't been thinking about it Ikuyu!"

"Yeah I was thinking about it, you wouldn't tell me, you think that would make me not think about that."

"You're really desperate to know what happened, aren't you. You don't care if I'm comfortable to tell it or not, you just need to know." Izuku sneered from behind his clenched teeth.

"Izuku, I-i didn't- "

"No you listen to what happened, yesterday Bakugou told me that that the only way I'm likely to be a hero is to take a Swan dive from a building top and hope to be born with a quirk in my next life. "

"How can you endure this Izuku, you need to complain against him! "

"I don't want to, this could end up in his permanent record, making it impossible for him to get into UA and become a hero."

Ikuyu couldn't understand why Izuku would be so nice to him, "He made you go through so much and you are still concerned about keeping his record clean so he becomes a Hero. Don't you see, that demon doesn't deserve to be a Hero."
