Chapter 41

Harrington's POV:

"Chamber just texted me saying that Nela followed Dinah, but Dinah got away with Chamber's help." Stanford said as I continue looking around the map of Dalton High.

"Where's Dinah now?" I asked then looked at her. "With Chamber now, at her condo, the high security one." I hummed then went back inspecting the grounds of the campus.

"You seem very engrossed there Harrington, what's that about?" Davenport asked but I just continue to look around the whole campus, both above and under the ground. "Pst hoy." She threw me a paper ball but I just ignored her. "Ay walang effect." (Oh there's no effect.)

"Ano ba kasi yan?" (What is that anyway?) She asked again, this time coming up beside me.

"There has to be somewhere where we can attack first before Darius does." I said then sighed. I took a seat on the chair then rubbed my forehead.

"Well Chamber knows every way of the school, maybe we can ask her if she knows some secret passageways. After all, she was the reason why the Gorgeous Five was safe when jocks started to make fun of them." Davenport said then a seat on the lounge chair. Once I realized what she said, I lean forward against the table.

"Hold on, can you repeat what you said." I said then she thought about it. "Which one?" I groaned then gave her a face. "The one when you said about a secret passageways."

"Oh, yes. Chamber said that there are secret passageways when your ancestors and her ancestors where part of building the school. However, when she did try to use the secret passageways, which are like 8 to 11 secret passageways, she said that they are all dead ends. But, when she went to the 12th one, it lead directly to the some part of the city."

"Hold on, you said there were 8 to 11 passageways, how come you mentioned a 12th one?" I cut her off then raised my eyebrow.

"Sorry let me reiterate. There are 8 to 11 secret passageways when Chamber found the old map of the school. However, Chamber accidentally found a 12th one recently. The 8 to 11 passageways are all dead end. Only one is not the dead end, which is the 12th one."

"Did you know how Chamber knew about the passageway that leads out of the school?" Davenport thought about it before answering.

"Well she said that in one of the maps she found in her library, a different kind of key is used to open the secret door. Chamber still doesn't know what the key is till now." She said then lean back against her chair.

It hit me. "Davenport, do you know where this 12th passageway is?" She shook her head no and I look back on the papers scattered around my table.

One paper caught my eye and I took it. I look intently into the paper then gasped when I got what is written in the paper. It's a code.

"Stanford call Chamber, Davenport call Aimee, Bradford I need you to get me the UV light rays we used to have when we were kids." I ordered them and both Davenport and Stanford looked at me confused.

"Why do we need Chamber and Aimee here?" Stanford asked and I gave a smirk.

"Cause they're the key on how we can open the 12th secret passageway."

Chamber's POV:

"So, what do you want to do after we eat?" I asked the young Polynesian in front of me.

"I don't know, whatever you want too. I'm actually fine with whatever you want to do."

"Even if I want to jump from my balcony to the San Francisco Bay?" She dropped her utensils then gave me a look. I just laughed at her. "I'm joking. But seriously though, what do you want to do?"
