Then, Zane walked away and most likely went to the house he was staying the night in. I watched as he walked away and turned back to Garroth as soon as Zane's white clothes were out of my sight. When I looked at Garroth I saw that his face was sad and his eyes looked distant.

   " So, you were going to be lord and you were going to get married? "

Garroth got closer to me and gently touched my cheek. He turned my head to the side and I felt his lips softly touch my cheek. Then he pulled away and I saw his face turn red as he walked away. I walked back inside and sat on my couch as I laid on the soft pillows.
