GOLD'S POV There were parts of the day I didn't remember, and parts of the day I didn't want to remember—nothing else. I had no joy when there was no school for the day. I had no sadness when I was feeling pain. It was like I didn't feel anything anymore. Sometimes I would start doing something, and not remember finishing it. It was like something else was in control of my body at certain times. I was scrolling through Miner (Twitter) when the thought came upon me. What if it wasn't the crystal or the necklaces doing the damage.... What if it was me?

I ran over to Lunar, who was sitting on the floor of her room, messing with the red crystals in front of her. " Hey Lunar, I have a theory." I told her. " What is it?" She asked, not taking her eyes off of the crystals. " What if it isn't the crystals, and it isn't the necklaces that made me go berserk. What if it was me?" " Are you saying that you think you're a Cursed?" " No. But what if I'm an Infernal?" I asked her. " Gold, you and Funneh can't be Infernals. It's physically impossible. Mom and Dad made sure you couldn't be one by taking away your dark magic, remember?" " Fine. But if I'm not an Infernal, then how come I can't remember parts of the day?" " Well, you might have a dark spirit trapped inside yo—have you been paying attention in school at all? You and I literally take the same class for Human History." " I do pay attention in class!" I sassed before stomping out of the room. A dark spirit? Who could it be? If it's not the Lady In Black, then it has to be someone else—but who? ———————————————— ALEC'S POV I stared at the mess of books in front of me. I had just finished Yandere's dirty work, and cleaned up too. Homework was a lot more difficult, as me and the YHS gang didn't know anything about the "magic world."

I looked at my phone to see a notification from Evan. It read,
Music Fren Do you guys wanna do a study group? Since we don't really know anything about magic and stuff?
Private Investigator Evelyn Sure! But wouldn't we need people who actually know about magic to help us?
I'm busy Alec Can't we just ask Funneh and Gold for help?
