After meeting with the fennec foxes, Hinata met Kuroo's friends. He doesn't call them workmates since they were all his friends. All of them were friendly and seemed to know him already. They all greeted him as if they had already met him but Hinata didn't even know who they were.

He did knew one of them though. Kenma Kozume. He was in charge of taking care of an injured Siberian lynx at the moment and Hinata find the lynx to be quite close with the blonde.

"Hi Kenma-san!" He waved at him.

"Hey Shoyo." He greeted back. He finished feeding the lynx and went to another cage. Hinata just followed the two zookeepers as they tended to all the animals there. Kuroo had been called to the lion's cage by Yaku so he left Hinata with Kenma.

"Kuroo's a bit quiet with you around. You should come here more often to shut him up." Kenma dryly told the orange haired. The two went to the otters aquarium where Lev and Fukunaga were teaching them tricks.

"Agreed. Kuroo-san talks too much when you're not here. He's quite quiet ever since you came." Fukunaga nodded. Hinata giggled.

"What does he always talk about to the point that all of you are so annoyed?"

"He talks about you." Kenma's answer instantly made Hinata's giggles stop. Kenma saw Hinata's cheeks start to redden.

"Yeah! Hinata this, Hinata that." Lev added.

"Chibi-chan cute! Chibi-chan pretty!" Fukunaga joined in. "We were so confused, we thought Hinata and Chibi-chan were two complete different people until he showed us a picture of Chibi-chan and Hinata. Only then did we realize that Hinata is Chibi-chan."

"I, for once thought he was talking about the fennec fox, Hinata!" Lev said, making the others laugh.

"That guy is so whipped for you, not even Yaku could stop him." Fukunaga shook his head.

"Yeah! He even talks about you to Yaku too!" Lev exclaimed.

Hinata was blushing with every sentence he heard from Kuroo's friends. Kuroo talks aout him that much? That's so embarrassing!

Yet, it managed to make Hinata feel so happy.

Kenma placed a hand on his shoulder. Hinata looked at Kenma's cat-like golden eyes.

"He genuinely likes you."

Hinata nodded. Kenma gave him a soft smile that faded in just seconds.

"It's the first time I ever see him this whipped for someone after he had his heart broken by the girl he used to like." Kenma sighed. "I'm not asking you to accept him. But if you don't think you want to be serious with him, don't carry on. Tell him. Politely reject him. Okay?"

Kenma looked concerned about Kuroo. Hinata could understand why. Being his best friend, Kenma must've seen Kuroo at his weakest and been there for him. Seeing your best friend so sad and broken is painful for you too. Hinata understood that.

"Chibi-chan! Kenma!" He saw Kuroo in a distance, jogging to where they were. Hinata smiled back at Kenma.

"Don't worry. I won't break his heart. I never will."

"I had a great time today. Thanks for helping me get to know everyone. Especially the fennec foxes. They're all very adorable." Hinata bowed.

"The pleasure's all mine. They all loved your muffins too. They were delicious!" Kuroo made a chef's kiss. Hinata laughed and thanked him for the compliment.

He unlocked the door and turned back to look at Kuroo to bid his goodbye, only to be kissed by the taller male. Hinata was stunned but soon gave in to the sweet kiss. The sweet kiss turned passionate and both of them couldn't hold back anymore.
