a yawn escaped her chapped lips and she stretched her arms, reaching out for the sunlight that bled into her room. the tired girl begrudgingly stood up, cracking her back once she stood up. folding her futon with deep melancholy, she placed it back into the closet. a few days had passed since she got the news of her transfer, getting those couple of free days to pack and get ready for her journey.

stepping into the washroom, she undressed and placed the neatly folded hippari on the floor. she showered as quickly as she could and doing her necessities, she walked out of the washroom and placed the folded hippari in her worn out messenger bag.
skipping breakfast, as she normally accustomed to only drinking her morning coffee.

taking her suitcase and bag, she headed out. calling a cab through the small local company to take her to the sasebo airport, she felt a bittersweet feeling settle in. new beginnings and the end to her life here. she sighed contently, boarding into the warm taxi cab.

alone she sat in one of the seats close to her boarding gate. furrowing her eyebrows, she thought of all the data she had recollected in the past days ever since the preschool has taken hostage. many small japanese criminals had been found dead from heart attacks, and it only further confirmed ichigo's suspicions.

someone was behind all these heart attacks and she was determined to get to the bottom of it.

the tired girl sipped her coffee in a small café that was near the tokyo airport, she had arrived safe and sound. the café she encountered herself was bustling with life from the clients and the waiters dashing about, getting all the orders and bidding fair well to familiar customers they saw every other day.
the girl tapped the table relentlessly as she consumed herself in thoughts about the unsub behind all the heart attacks.
