She gasps from the red substance on her shoe "is-is that blood?" "I don't know" "I know how to figure out if it's blood or not"Zack says as he takes his finger and takes some of the red substance and puts it in his mouth "ugh" everyone says in disgust "nope this isn't blood it taste like strawberry?" "Strawberry?"Aiden asks "yeah it's kind of like lip gloss."" How do you know what lip gloss taste like?" Aiden asks "that's besides the point whats important is that this is a clue." "And how do you know this is a clue for all we know it could be Sarah's" Lexi says "because Sarah doesn't wear lip gloss." Katie says "How do you know that?" Lexi asks "because she literally made it her yearbook quote for eighth grade. It was something about how lip gloss stinks and how lip stick is better I don't know." "See this is a clue!" Zack says in over Joyment  "we are one step closer to cracking this case!"" Calm down Zack, ok so just because you find a little bit of lip gloss and just because Sarah didn't wear lip gloss doesn't mean it's a clue and it doesn't mean it belongs to the killer." Aiden says "Are you dumb that's exactly what it means."Zack says as the two start to argue."Guys! Guys! Stop!" As the two look at Katie "fighting is not gonna make anything better let's just take it as a clue and if it does belong to the killer that means the killer has to be female." "Ok guys we've been looking for clues all day and all we've found is a strand of hair and some lip gloss and oh right I'm tired." Katie says "We just need to keep looking" Zach says "yeah but we've been looking for hours." "So we just have to keep looking." They're all about to give up until they hear "Guys I found something" Aiden says as he picks up a friendship bracelet "what does it say?" "It says Sarah and E?" "E?" They all say in unison "no it looks like there was a name there but all that's left is an E." "So it has to be someone she was friends with who has an e in their name."Zach says "great that's gonna be easy why don't we just interview most the population."Lexi says "technically all we have to really do is interview people at our school with the letter E in their name who also was friends with Sarah." "Fine but we can do that tomorrow because I'm tired" Alex says 

They all go home while Lexi and Alex are still there "Can I give you a bike ride home since it's getting dark?" "I don't know" "please?" "Fine" she gets on his bike as she's giving him directions on where to go she has Alex stop at a corner and she gets of his bike and thanks him and walks off.When she thinks he's gone instead of going into her house she turns and goes into the woods.before he leaves he sees her do this but instead of following her he thinks he's just so tired that he's seeing things and goes home.
