After the four left school they decided to meet up with Lexi. When they met up with Lexi they told her that they had a lot of time to think about what she said and how it was time to look into Mrs. Raven. But instead of going to question Mrs. Raven they didn't and decided to question her parents, James Sean, and Charlotte Sean. They also knew that Mrs. Raven wouldn't allow them to question people nor her on school grounds so they had to think outside the box.
They arrived at Sarah's house noticing that it was quite Large, a Mansion in fact and it had pumpkins on the side of the door since it was close to Halloween. They went to ring the doorbell as the door opened.
"Hi Ms. Sean is it ok if we ask some questions about your daughter? Said Alex
"Yeah it's for... a school report that we're doing." Lexi said before Charlotte could answer.
"Yeah sure thing, come on in."
They went inside and sat down as they started to ask Charlotte a few questions.
"So Ms. Sean wh-" Aiden said before he was cut off by Charlotte.
"Oh please you can call me Charlotte."
"Ok then. So when was the last time you saw your daughter?"
"Well it was the day she died in fact she told me she was going to meet with some of her friends.And I hugged her and I told her I loved her and that's t-the l-last t-time I saw h-her." Charlotte said as she began to tear.
"Again sorry for your loss." Katie said
"Thank you, child."
"Ok so How did you feel when you heard the news about your daughter?"
"I felt b-broken, like a part of me was ripped o-out." As she still was tearing up
"Ok since we don't want you to feel anymore sadness. We have one more question to ask you. How do you feel about Mrs. Raven?
"Wh-what." As all her tears disappeared and her sadness slowly turned into anger.
"How do you feel abo-"
"That's it no more questions, if you want more then you'll be speaking to my lawyer." As she kicked them all out
Leaving them all stunned
"Ok what the hell just happened?"
"Yeah why did she get so mad all of a sudden over Mrs. Raven?"
"Sounds like someone had something to hide."
"Ok so we meet tomorrow after school and then we have to at least try and question Mr. Sean."
"See, I told you guys this was a good Idea." Zach said
"Yeah maybe it was, it really does sound like we're getting close to the true." Alex said as they all rode off on their bikes
Little did they know the truth would leave them more shocked then before.
