Missing Key

.....Mr. Raze. But the thing that caught Lexi off guard was that Brittany and Sarah had an X on their faces.So without wasting anytime she took the picture and the box and put it in her bag but the only thing she was looking for now was the key.

While Mrs. Chambers thought it was taking "Stacy" to long in the bathroom.

"I'm going to go check on Stacy. She's been in that bathroom for a while." Mrs chambers told Alex

"No Mrs. Chambers allow me." Alex said cautious they would get caught

"No please darling allow me." Mrs Chambers said while walking down the hallway. Alex was following her trying to convince her everything was fine.

Lexi heard footsteps coming down the hallway so she quickly grabbed her bag and basically ran out of Lacey's room.Making both of them bump into each other.

"What were you doing in my daughter's room?" Mrs. Chambers asked getting a little annoyed.

"Umm I really had to go and her door was open and I saw that she had a bathroom so I decided to use it." Lexi said in fear of getting caught.

"Well then alright. But listen here don't you ever go into any other room in this house ever again you got that." Mrs. Chambers said

"Got it." Lexi answered as both Lexi and Alex walked out of the house.

"Now I know where Lacey gets her attitude from." Alex said. Making Lexi chuckle. Which made Alex smile because he was always happy when he could make her laugh.

"Did you get the box?" Alex asked

"Yeah but I couldn't get the key and I searched everywhere."

"Maybe it's somewhere we least expect it to be."

"Maybe, but in the meantime I did find a very interesting photograph." Lexi said making Alex intrigued

"Ok but we're gonna have to look into it tomorrow because I have to get home." Alex said

"Alright see you." Lexi said as the two walked off to different directions

Meanwhile Katie, Aiden, and Zach were at Aidens house playing some video games. It has been a little awkward since the whole Alex incident happened.

"I think you should apologize Katie." Zach said

"Why, what did I do?" Katie asked

"I mean you were a little harsh on Alex. You didn't really give him time to explain and kind of stormed off." Aiden said

"Oh wow so you guys are on Alex's side." Katie said

"No!" Zach yelled but quieted down because he didn't wanna wake up Aidens grandmother." No. I'm not on either side. Ok, it's just we need to stop all this fighting. We are a team and we only have one side." Zach said

"Well what if I don't wanna be apart of this team?" Katie said

"Than that would be disappointing since we've known each other since the first grade. And if we keep arguing and fighting we're only giving Mr. Raze and Lacey what the want. Because if we're not together-" Zach was saying

"Then they don't have any threat." Aiden said cutting off Zach

"Exactly."

Katie understood what they were saying and eventually gave in.

"Fine. But only this once." Katie said

"Great!" So we'll go to his house tomorrow." Zach said

"Alright." Both Katie and Aiden replied

So I'm hoping this was a little longer especially since I won't update until tomorrow or the day after and so I tried to make this as long as possible because I didn't wanna start the next day on this chapter since the next day is a whole other chapter so yeah.
