Lexi saw Lacey and...Mr. Raze. She did not expect that at all but decided to stay and listen in. So she hid behind a tree and started listening in on their conversation.
"Did you get the note?" Lacey asked
"Of course but how did you know that they had it specifically Alex?" Mr. Raze asked
"Well Gertrude of course. She told me that Alex showed her the note. And to get them unsuspecting of her she told them some bogus story of an affair with Sarah's mom. The only problem is that Lexi girl won't stop questioning me about where I was that night. Which just makes everything so much harder. We need to get rid of her and her little friends now!"
And hearing that made Lexi jump up in fear. Which made Both Lacey and Mr. Raze look around. And that was just enough to make Lexi start running. Lucky for her they didn't see her and went on with their conversation.
Lexi ran all the way to Alex's house not even knowing if he was there yet. But for her luck he was there with Aiden, Zach, and Katie.
"Guys! The note it's gone!" Lexi said
"Yes Lexi, we know. You're about 15 minutes late with that information. Aiden said while looking at his watch
"No but Mr. Raze stole it!"
"Again we came up with that conclusion about 15 minutes ago so you're late again."
"Fine then I guess you won't care about the fact that Mr. Raze and Lacey are planning on getting rid of us."
"What!?!?" They all said in unison
"Guys were gonna die, die like die." Zach said
"Nooooo I thought you meant Die like alive." Katie said
"Shut up Katie!"
"Guys shut up! We don't know if that's actually what they meant and there is no way they would actually do something like that. And you probably saw another person it probably wasn't Mr. Raze you're probably just seeing things. Alex said
"Get your head out of your ass Alex! Why can't you accept the fact that Mr. Raze is a bad person. He probably killed Sarah and he's probably planning on killing you next! So for one god damn second get your head out of the clouds and come into the real world! Reality is Reality and the fact of the matter is that Mr. Raze stole your note and really doesn't care about what happens to you whatsoever! Lexi yelled
Leaving everyone quiet not knowing what to say next. And that's when Lexi grabbed her stuff and ran out of the house. Alex thought of running after her but decided not to.
