Stef:

It's the beginning of our senior year.

I'm outside of Lena's apartment waiting for her so I can walk her to school.

It's Thursday, so after school, I am gonna walk Lena to work. Then, I am going to get her birthday present.

I see Lena come out.

"Hey baby. Ready for the first day of our last year in high school."

She comes down the stairs.

She links my arm.

"More than ready."

I laugh.

"That's the spirit."

We begin walking.

"So, I am gonna start applying to colleges this afternoon."

"Ooh. I should to. Wait until I get home from work? We can do it together."

I laugh.

"What time do you want me to come to your work?"

"Well, how about after school I give you my computer. And then around 5 you can come to the parlor and we can eat snow cones and apply to colleges together."

I pull her close.

"Deal. On one condition."

She laughs & wraps her arms around my neck.

"And what's that?"

"I get to walk you home. You can't ride home with your dad."

She laughs & puts her forehead on mine.

"Deal."

I give her a peck on the lips.

"Okay well we can't be late so let's go."

I walk Lena to school.

I walk Lena to most of her classes.

I eat lunch with Lena.

And at the end of the day I am waiting on Lena outside the school.

She comes out laughing and joking with Jenna and Phoebe.

She waves goodbye to them and runs over to me.

Lena:

I wrap my arms around Stef and plant a big kiss on her.

"Well, hello to you too."

"How was your day love?"

"Well, we don't have any classes together. But, you being the most perfect girlfriend. You found a way to make it better. How was you day?"

I shrug.

"Better now that you're here."

"Aww."

She pecks my cheek.

I walk Lena to her work.

When we reach the door she gets her laptop and hands it to me.

I put it in my backpack.

She wraps her arms around my neck and I squeeze her tight.

"Have a good day, I will be back in about 2 hours or so."

I kiss her passionately.

"I love you Lena."

"I love you too."
