Theo Burr went to visit her mother's grave. She does this when she needs advice. Theo walked to the cemetery with a flower in her hand that she picked up on the way there.
Theo gently placed the flower on her grave stone. "Hello mama" Said Theo. She sat on the grass next to the stone.
"I need help mom" Theo said, expecting her mom to say "what do you need help with?"
"Okay so...I think I like Philip but I'm not sure. I always thought of him as a friend and he probably thinks of me that way. And I don't know what to do. I want to kiss him so bad"
Theo stares at her mom's grave. "Oh mama, if only you where hear to help me" A tear fell from her eye as her eyes began watering.
She got up, "Well, goodbye mom" she said. And left the cemetery, still thinking about how she said she wanted to kiss Philip. Which was entirely true.

The next day at school, Abigail and Frances where talking with Theo at their lockers. "So do you actually like him?" Frances asked.
Theo was hesitant at first, "You can't say anything to anyone about this okay. But yes I do like him"
Frances and Abigail squealed. "I ship it!" Said Abigail. "You guys are gonna look so cute together" Said Frances. Theo rolled her eyes, "As if he's ever gonna get with me. He sees me as a friend"
Frances and Abigail assure her that one day they will become a couple. "Speaking of Philip, here he comes, so don't say anything" Said Theo.
Georges, William, and Philip walked down the hall. Theo stares at Philip was he walked, his curly hair bouncing as he walked. She stared at his hazel green eyes, his face covered with freckles.
Now that I think about it, he looks different from middle school...he looks...hot Theo thought to herself.
Get your head out of the gutter Theodosia! She told herself.
Soon, the boys came up to the girls. "Hey Theo" Philip said, Theo's face turned pink and heated, "H-Hey"
Soon the bell rang. "Wanna walk with me to class?" Asked Philip, Theo nodded "Yeah sure" They walked down the hall, as Philip told Theo about how his baseball team is gonna win this year and a bunch of baseball stuff that didn't make sense to Theo.
She stared at him as they walked down the hall. "Theo are you even listening?"
Theo snapped out of her gaze. "Uh yeah I'm listening" she said. Philip chuckled, "Seems like you where checking me out"
Theo blushed, "W-what I wasn't-"
"-I know I'm pretty hot" Philip said interrupting her. Theo playfully hit his arm, "You wish"
"Hey you know I'm hot, you were the one checking me out"
Theo stopped, "I'm not checking you out" she protested with her face beet red.
"Yeah whatever shorty"
Soon they arrived at their class and walked in. After class they went to lunch.
But Emily walked up to the lunch table. "Hey Philip" she said sitting down next to him. "Oh uh hello Emily"
Theo, Frances and Abigail stared at Emily. "Ugh she's so annoying" Frances whispered to Abigail and Theo.
"Do you think Philip likes her? Because she obviously likes him" Theo said. Abigail patted her back, "Don't worry Theo"
Emily looked at Abigail, Theo, and Frances. "What are you losers whispering about?"
Frances crossed her arms "None of your business"
Emily was a very popular girl at school, she had a pink purse and pink skirt. Her white shirt said Princess on it.

After lunch they went to their classes, then it was time to go home. Theo and Philip walked home together.
The thing Theo liked about Philip was that he could always start a good conversation and she always wanted to hear what he had to say. Philip was talking about the time he fell from a tree and Broke his arm.
"And then the next thing I know, the branch breaks and I fall to my doom!"
Theo chuckled. "Wow"
"...and when I hit the ground I landed on my arm and I heard the bone snap!"
"Ew you heard the bone break? That's disgusting!" Theo exclaimed.
"My proudest moment" He stated.
"I remember when you I signed your cast" Said Theo remembering the day nine year old Philip came to class with a broken arm.
"I remember" Said Philip. They walked down the street.
"Anyways Theo do you want to come over to my house?"
"Oh sure thing Pip"
They got to the Hamilton house, Angie was home from school (she goes to the middle school). "Oh hey Theo!"
"Hey Angie" Theo sat on the couch next to her. "What are you watching?"
"Mean girls" Angie replied. "Ooh love that movie"
Philip sighed and said, "Can we watch something else"
"No Philip" Theo and Angie said at the same time, then they all started Laughing.
