Theo and Philip planned to visit their parents to tell them about the engagement. First they went to see Philip's parents.
"Hey mom" Philip said to Eliza who didn't know about the engagement yet. "Hello Philip. I'm so glad you and Theo are staying over" Eliza welcomed.
Theo and Philip brought in their suitcases. They where staying over for the night. "Where do you want us to sleep?"
"You can stay in your old room" Said Alexander.
Philip and Theo brought their suitcases to Philip's room. Philip opened the door.
"Wow. My room hasn't changed a bit. Even when I went off to college" Philip exclaimed.
"Yup. It still spells bad" Said Theo. Philip smelled the air, "Definitely"
Theo sat on the bed. "Remember we use to make out in this room" she said with a chuckle. Philip nodded.
Theo looked at the bedside table and saw a framed picture of them at prom. "Hey look. It's a picture of us at the prom"
Philip looked at the picture. "I remember" he said with laughter.

The Hamilton's sat at the dinner table. "So what brings you guys here to visit anyway?" AJ asked. AJ was in his first year of college.
Philip and Theo looked at each other. "Well we have some good news"
Eliza and Alexander exchanged looks. "What is it?" Alexander asked.
"Yeah tell us! I love surprises!" Angie said with excitement.
Theo and Philip looked at each other. "Me and Philip...are engaged" Theo said. Everyone looked shocked. "...surprise?" Theo was getting nervous.
What if they don't want me in their family? She thought. What if they don't like me? And don't want me to be with Philip?
"Oh my gosh really?" Angie exclaimed. Philip nodded at her. "Theo! We're gonna be sisters!"
Theo smiled happily.
"Theo, honey that's amazing!" Eliza exclaimed along with Angie. "I'm so proud of you two" she looked over at Philip who smiled.
"Congrats son. I knew you'd win her over, after all you are MY son and you definitely have my flirting skills" Said Alexander. Philip chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Don't flatter yourself dad. But thanks" he patted his dad on the back.
Lizzie, who was in middle school was happy too. She really liked Theo even when she was a baby. "Yay! Theo is gonna be my sister!" Lizzie said happily.
The Hamilton family congratulated Philip and Theo. "You guys need to have me help you with the wedding!" Angie exclaimed.
"Actually..." Theo started, "I was hoping you would like to be my maid of honor?"
Angie was shocked. "OH MY GOD YES!" She threw her arms around Theo.

Later Theo was laying in bed with Philip in his old room. "Seems like everyone was excited" Philip said wrapping an arm around Theo.
"Yeah. I asked Angie to be my maid of honor"
Philip smiled. "Really? That's nice" he kissed her cheek.

The next day it was Aaron's turn to know about the surprise.
"Hi Dad!" Theo hugged Aaron. "Hey Theo it's nice to see you again"
Later at dinner Theo announced she was engaged. "Well congrats I'm very happy for you two" Aaron said calmly. Philip smiled.

A FEW MONTHS LATER...
"Here, try this one on" Angie said.
Theo nodded and went into the changing room. She came out with a long, white, sparkly, gown.
"Ooh that one suits you" Eliza said to Theo. Theo looked in the mirror and spun around.
"Hmm. I think I do like it" Said Theo. "You definitely look like a princess" Angie happily said to Theo. Theo giggled.
"This is the one"
Theo had finally found the perfect wedding dress.
Philip and Theo have been planing out the wedding which was in a few months.
Later Theo and Philip where sitting on the couch. "I picked out my wedding dress" She said. Philip smiled. "You're gonna look so beautiful, even without your dress" he said with a smirk.
Theo playfully hit his arm. "Philip!" And he just laughed. He kissed her lips and she kissed back. "The big day is coming soon" Said Philip.
The nodded, "I know. I can't wait"
They shared another loving kiss.
