Ch. 1: Introductions

~(Y/n) POV~

"Run!" I heard mother's voice scream from somewhere in front of me.

"I don't want to leave you behind though!" I yell back, "I'm scared mum I don't wanna lose you"

I feel a pair of arms wrap tightly around my waist. I struggle to break free but I can't.

"You're not going anywhere princess" the voice behind me says, dragging me away from my mum, into darkness.

I awaken with a start. Rolling over, I check the time. 6:30. I groan quietly and sit up.

"(Y/n)!! Breakfast is ready! Get up, you don't wanna be late for the train!" My mum calls from the bottom of the stairs

"Coming!" I crawl out of bed, yawning and heading for the stairs.

"Good morning sweetheart" mum greets cheerfully as I enter the kitchen. "You excited for your first day at Hogwarts?"

I smile, "Of course!! I can't believe I actually got accepted!" I jump up and down, mum laughing quietly.

"Sit down you energetic little bitch" I hear my step-father grumble from the doorway. I instantly frown and look down.

"Yes sir.." I sit quietly as mum sets the plates down.

"Good morning Arianna." He walks in, grabbing my mums ass then sitting across from me. I gag silently. Ew I'm right fucking here that's disgusting come on dude.

**Time Skip brought to you by the Hogwarts Express**

I gave my mum a quick hug and said "bye mum!"

"Bye honey, don't forget to send me letters everyday!" She waves, wiping a tear with her other hand.

"I will! I love you" I run towards the Hogwarts Express.

"I love you too!" I hear my mum call from behind me.

I walk along the carts, looking for an empty one. Finally, I find one towards the back. Stepping inside, I place my trunk beside me, my snowy owls cage gently resting on top.

I sigh quietly, "Finally, Rose we're on our way to Hogwarts" I smile down at my owl, hearing her hoot. "Exciting isn't it? I wonder what house I'll be in, my father was a Slytherin, mother was a Gryffindor. I'd be fine with either one" I pull my (h/l) hair up into a high ponytail and lean against the window(If you have short hair then don't worry about it)

I stare out the window, lost in thought when I hear the door to the cart slide open, I look up quickly, confused as to who was here. I see two red haired boys standing in the doorway, they appear to be twins.

"Oh hello" the one on the left says.

"Mind if we sit here?" The one on the right.

"No no of course not, please sit" I smile.

They sit down quietly, the one on the left sitting next to me and the one on the right across from us.

"So what's your name?" Left.

"Oh I'm (y/n) and you?"

"I'm Fred" the one beside me says.

"I'm George" the one across from us.

"Well hi George and Fred. Is it your first year as well?" The twins gave me a strange look. "What?"

"Nothing nothing it's just no one usually calls us George and Fred it's typically the other way around" George turns his attention towards me as he speaks.

"Oh. I'm guessing because he's older?" I point towards Fred.

"Yup and to answer your question we sure are first years" Fred smiles proudly. I quickly check both of them out, taking in all their features so I can tell the difference.

"Ah you two are Weasley's yes?" I guess.

"Yup! How'd you know?" They exclaim together.

"Red hair, physical features." I smile lightly.

"And what's you're family? Cause obviously you're a pure blood" George questions as Fred stares.

I laugh lightly, "(L/n)" I hear Fred gasp.

"(L/n)?! As in Arianna and Alastair (L/n)?!" Fred tries not to scream.

"The famous Aurors?!" George finishes for his twin.

My expression saddens a little at the mention of my father, "Yep I'm their daughter" I quickly smile, brushing off the sadness. Fred notices my expression change and gently places his hand on my shoulder.

"We're so sorry about your fathers death, (Y/n)" Fred reassures and George agrees.

I smile and turn back to look out the window, going back to my usual happy self. "We should be arriving soon!!" I exclaim excitedly.
