It has been four years since we last saw our favorite skeletons.
Around two years ago Ink and Error had disappeared suddenly. Rumor has it that they ran off to some other country and settled down with some kids. Error had given up his illegal lifestyle in favor of crocheting items and selling them online. Mostly. Ink had gotten a job as a painter and earned the main income.
Geno and Reaper were still seeing each other. They stayed with their respective jobs but still got along. Some days Reaper would show up unexpected, uninvited, and initially unwanted. He soon grew on the other though, sneaking his way into Geno's soul. Whenever he had the chance, Reaper would sneak off to Geno's apartment to talk and continue flirting.
Geno resigned from the case on Reaper and Nightmare's group, though he stayed as a police officer. Nightmare had begrudgingly agreed to not kill Geno, not wanting Reaper to do anything dumb. It had been a couple years of pestering before Reaper had gotten the other to agree to become his boyfriend. They were celebrating their two year anniversary soon.

"PJ!" Ink yelled, bolting through the house after his oldest son. "Get back here!" Gradient, their other kid who was thirteen, was sitting on the couch laughing at the scene. Error simply sat in a chair reading a book.
The parents had learned that PJ inherited the ability his father had of making drawings come into reality. Ink didn't use it much as it took a lot of magic and a lot of things could go wrong. He had warned his fifteen year old not to use it before he grew up and mastered the use of his powers, but his son of course didn't listen. As soon as Ink had left PJ's bedroom a cat appeared.
PJ had played with the small animal before it inevitably escaped, prompting him to burst out of his room after it. He caught it quickly, but not before Ink had seen the furry creature. PJ had scooped the pet up and ran with Ink right behind him.
"A little help here?!" Ink yelled at his husband who remained reading his book. It was a good one in his opinion, one about a Stockholm Syndrome type relationship between a criminal and an average monster. Error sighed as he snapped his fingers, his eyes never leaving the book. Quickly, all of the other family members were tied up with blue strings suspended from the ceiling.
"Hey! Why am I tied up too?" Gradient whined.
"That's for not helping your father," Error responded. Gradient huffed and went limp, annoyed.
"Thanks for helping and all, but could you put me down?" Ink asked, kicking his legs a bit. Error smirked, glancing up for a moment.
"Nah. You're making too much noise." Ink wiggled, attempting to escape. He secretly slipped a small switchblade out of his pocket and severed the strings keeping him a few feet in the air. He dropped with a small oof upon landing in a heap on the ground. Error laughed as Ink staggered up, rubbing his side.
"Owwwww, that hurt," He whined.
"You didn't have to cut yourself out," Error stated. Ink glared at him.
"What? You expect me to just stay there?"
"Yeah."
"You're such a jerk," Ink mumbled, walking over to the kitchen. It was unfortunately where Error was seated though.
"Love you too," Error responded with a smirk, grabbing Ink as he walked by and pulling him into a kiss.
"Ewwwww, get a room!" Gradient shouted.

Geno was sitting in his room on his phone when the doorbell rang. He sighed and rolled his eye, knowing it was most likely Reaper coming to bother him again. He smiled though, excited to see his boyfriend again. He got up and went to the door, opening it. Reaper was indeed standing there with a grin on his face. He was wearing the black hoodie and matching sweatpants he normally wore while Geno was in his white attire.
"Hey Reaper," Geno greeted.
"Hi sweetheart."
"I told you not to call me that," Geno huffed, glaring playfully at Reaper. In truth, he had gotten used to the nickname but just protested it for real reason.
"Awwww, come on! We've been dating for nearly two years now. Besides, I know you love it secretly," Reaper said, smirking and winking at the other. Geno blushed and crossed his arms, looking to the side.
"I do not," He grumbled. Reaper laughed as he entered the room.
"Whatever floats your boat," He said, shrugging his shoulders. Geno simply sighed as he followed the other into the apartment.
"So, what's been going on with you?" He asked once the two of them were seated on the couch. They sat on opposite ends facing each other with their legs up on the cushions. Reaper shrugged.
"Not too much. Nightmare has finally stopped complaining that me, Killer, and Dust have gotten boyfriends and that our 'performance has been lacking ever since' because he and Cross are together now. He may be a lot of things, but a hypocrite is not one of them.
"Last week we raided a jewelry shop. We got a lot of loot. Necklaces, rings, bracelets, watches, and more. We'll probably sell most of it online, over the black market, or at the pawn shop. It should bring in a lot of money."
"Most of it?" Geno asked, raising a brow. He laughed. "I wouldn't think that you guys are the type to wear jewelry."
"We're not," Reaper said. He laughed at the thought of Nightmare decked out in jewelry. Fell could probably pull off some gold but that was the most he could see the gang doing. He soon became serious though. "No. There's a reason I said most of it." He suddenly jumped off of the couch and reached into his pocket.
"I know we can't do this the real way. Believe me, I wish we could. But, I wanted to say something.
"Ever since I met you, I've had an interest in you I've never had in anyone before. When you agreed to become my boyfriend it was one of the best days of my life. I've gotten to know you better and fallen even more head over heels for you. So I wanted to ask a question.
"Will you marry me?"
Reaper went down on one knee and pulled what was in his pocket out. It was a band made of what seemed to be silver, the entire surface covered in three rings of small diamonds. Reaper looked nervous for once, anticipating the answer. Geno was silent in shock. THe other seemed to become more nervous every passing second. Finally, after what felt like forever, Geno's eye began watering. He suddenly jumped up and tackled the other onto the ground in a hug.
"Yes, of course you idiot!" He exclaimed, properly crying now as he nuzzled his head into Reaper's hoodie. They stayed like that for a while, before Reaper chuckled and gently moved the other off of him as he sat up. Geno had stopped crying as he sat up as well. Reaper took his hand and slipped the ring onto the other's finger. As soon as it was on Geno shocked him by pulling them into a kiss.
Hello everyone! Thank you so much for reading my story! It's not the best now that I reread it, and there are plot holes.
A LOT of plot holes.
Anyways, thanks if you got to the end with me after this adventure of trying to write a story on Wattpad! I had so much fun and all of your encouraging comments really made my day! I think I shall end this book here. But you know what they say.
One closed door always leads to another one that's open.
