Another day passed, and it was another day where Will woke us up and fed us a pretty nice breakfast. "Eat up," he'd say as he slid the plates over to us. "You need your energy." I honestly believe that if we needed energy, he'd let us sleep in. I'm pretty tuckered out.

Travis was still death-staring Will, and this time, he refused to even touch his food. "What? Did you lace it with rat poison?" he growled, stabbing right through the poor, defenseless eggs with a knife.

"Sheesh, what's gotten into you recently? You're acting like I killed somebody," Will laughed playfully as he gave us both glasses of milk.

"Yeah. I sure am, aren't I?" Travis pushed his plate away from him and rested his head against his hand. "You'd never kill people, ever. Nuh-uh."
(Publishers note; <_<)
"Of course not! I'm not like that." He muttered something under his breath, but I didn't hear it. He pulled out his phone to check something again- it was roughly the same time he did it yesterday, too.

Travis pointed his fork at Will's phone in a confused manner. "Hey, what's got you so addicted to that recently? You're not the tech-savvy type. I doubt you have a TikTok."

Will shook his head, smiling. "Nope. I'm just looking to see when my cu...religious buddies are coming over. They'll be here shortly, so I should head back down there again." He made his way back to the kitchen, Travis raising his voice to make sure Will could still hear him.

"Your cu-religious? What?"
"Co-religious. As in people who follow the same religion as me. Sort-of like co-workers." Will grabbed another sealed bowl, similar to the one from yesterday.

Travis raised a suspicious eyebrow. "What religion would that be, exactly?"

"It's not important. Nothing either of you should concern yourselves with, honestly. Religion's a bit confusing." He started for the backyard to get into the basement. "I'll be back. Love you. Don't follow me. I left out some board games in the other room. Don't talk to strangers."

"Board games suck!" I muttered with my mouth full, but Will was already gone and didn't hear it. Travis let out a sigh, biting the prongs of his fork in frustration. I just pointed my fork at his eggs and asked if he was going to eat those.
