so much for saying that he won't help him even if he needed one.

jisung shifted from one position to another as he laid down there on his bed with jeno's eyes judging him. the older was now in his uniform as he was ready to go out after receiving a message coming from jaemin asking him out for an early breakfast but he couldn't just leave jisung here without plans on taking a bath. ❝are you just going to lay there all day?❞

his touch, the warmth of the his embrace, the comfort he was feeling, jisung just couldn't get it out of his head. not to mention how that omega looked like a scared puppy as he had his hand clutching on to his shirt when he accompanied him to his room. to jisung's surprise, the omega is just right beside his and jeno's shared room.

behind that thick wall that's separating them is the omega sleeping soundly because he was protected during that night by his knight in shining armor—

the pure blooded that's laid down on the bed aggressively shook his head and gripped on to his hair in hopes of getting the thoughts out.

what happened to not caring for him? minding his own business? god, remembering what happened last night just made jisung's blood boil. if he wouldn't have arrived just in time then who knows what could have happened to the omega.

❝jisung.❞ the younger blinked twice before diverting his eyes at jeno who stood there with his brows raised. ❝are you not attending classes?❞

classes? jisung panicked as he remembered he got all of his classes with him. what on earth is this sorcery? sure, he did ask for a second chance but this is not what he wanted at all. well, lowkey he wanted it. but it was obvious that the omega didn't want any of this happening so why would jisung force himself?

❝you won't answer me.❞

the alpha let out a sigh, covering his eyes with his arms as he forced himself back to his deep sleep. ❝i'm sorry but you go ahead hyung, i'll just catch up.❞

or maybe not because he wasn't ready to meet him yet.

seriously, just when he was in the middle of moving on, that omega just had to appear back in his life. once again thinking about last night and how the omega didn't want to let go of him then made jisung's face heat up and heart beat at a fast pace.

jeno had so much to ask, like why is jisung's face so red, but he didn't want to push his buttons. he knew the younger wasn't ready to tell him so he decided to shrug it off. ❝be sure to catch up and not skip any of your classes.❞ he told the younger, grabbing his bag by the sofa. ❝or jaemin is going to scold you for it.❞
