HUDSON POV:

I just got off my computer after looking at fitness programs in my room when my 6am alarm went off. The room still looked dark, with tree shadows spreading across the room. It was time I went for my morning run. But first, I had to dress up. I attempted to look for my shoes but that was a process. I remember walking in through the door yesterday after my run and I quickly removed them and threw them across the room. Sadly, after throwing, I didn't see where they landed because I wanted to shower immediately. Looks like I have to look for them.

After standing up, I didn't have it in me to walk across the room and switch on the lights - yes, I prefer using my computer in the dark. It's totally normal. After taking a few steps, my toe hit the chair leg and I let out a scream, and soon I was on the ground saying "Ow!".

A few seconds later, the pain went away and I spread my arms sideways. My right arm landed on an object. It was my shoes! Finally! Even though I barely broke a sweat while looking for them. However, I will break a sweat while using them! After I finished dressing up, I stood in front of my mirror. I was wearing a red shirt and black pants. I forgot to comb my hair so I grabbed my comb by the dressing table on the left and began combing.

I headed out. As I was walking along the path, I noticed that a room's light on the east dorm building was on. That girl must be doing early studying or something. I then carried on walking silently. The atmosphere was cold, with a bunch of leaves and dead flowers being carried by the wind. I began jogging slowly in order to conserve my energy. My breathing rate was increasing gradually and so did my desire to increase my speed but I held back.

As I was jogging, I passed by the school forest and I saw a friend of mine named Metawin next to a tree. I wonder what he could be doing there at a time like this. Oh well. I'll meet him later before we go to the cafeteria and ask him. I reached the other end of the school and decided to return back to my dorm building at a slower pace, enjoying the cold breeze as it hits my face.

As I was passing by the forest again, I noticed that Win disappeared from the tree that I first saw him at. Just what was he doing there? Now I'm curious.

I rushed back so I could shower and meet my friends. Once I got back in my room, I did the same thing as the previous day: storm in, slip out of my shoes and chuck them anywhere and entered the shower. They will be a concern for tomorrow. Water poured down my back, washing away all that nasty sweat. I quickly finished and dried myself followed by starting to dress up.

Since I was just going to the cafeteria, I just chose a simple white shirt and blue shorts. After I finished, I headed out into the corridor, this time checking whether my friends were ready to go as well. As I was walking down the dim hallway, I heard chatter to the left coming from Malcom's room. I opened the door and I saw that the whole gang was ready, even Metawin.

"What's up, dude? We've been waiting for you for like 10 minutes now. What's the hold-up?" asked my friend named Paul.

"He was probably jerking off before he came here so he took a detour to cleanse himself of his children." said Malcom with a huge grin.

All three of them started laughing at Malcom's dumb jokes. He was very fond of bullshit.

"Alright, alright. You've had your laugh. Can we head out now?" I said to them all.

"Sure thing, dude," replied Win. "I'm kinda starvin'."

"Finally, someone who understands me." I quickly returned to him.

They all got up and we began walking out of the room. As we were walking in the corridor, I asked Win what he was doing at that tree by the forest.

"Hey dude, what was up with you standing by that forest?"

"Oh, I- uh... I was just standing there enjoying the sight of nature." He quickly replied, nervously. Clearly, he was hiding something and didn't want to say anything. I better leave it like that then.

Soon we reached the cafeteria. I noticed everyone there had a lot to say as screams shattered the sky from all directions. The boys went to go sit down and have a chat before they got food but I was really hungry, especially after the run so I had to eat right away. I saw the girl I was crushing on since the beginning of senior year. Her name is Gena. I barely talked to her but I liked our encounters. She looked as pretty as ever. Once I reached the line, I met another girl in my year group named Nadia. We've worked on a few school projects together so we talked from time to time.

I grabbed a tray and waited next to her in silence. It was kinda awkward because she was looking at me from the side. I decided to blow away the awkward air.

"Are you gonna eat two trays-worth all by yourself?" I asked, trying not to make it any more awkward.

"Oh, no no no, the other one is for my friend. She is booking us a sea-"

Her eyes took a leap to the other side of the room. She seemed to be looking at Gena. Is that the friend she's talking about? How come I didn't notice that they're friends?
