SKYLAR POV:
While in the shower, the water raced down my back. It felt warm. Comforting. I hate how I had to get out of the shower eventually. What I hate more is having to wake up early so I could get to the hall before Mr. Wilson makes it. I didn't want to be late again. Last time I barely made it. I hope all this is worth it and doesn't turn into a shitshow.
I got out of the shower, dried myself up and began dressing up. Looking in the mirror, I noticed my hair was growing too long. It was almost at neck length. I needed a nice trim over the weekend.
Beams of sunlight shone across the floor. They lit up the room. Wasn't it a little too early for the sun to be out at 5:30? Oh well. I approached the windows and opened them. The breeze was surprisingly less cold than compared to two days ago. That's better anyway, less cold mornings. I went back on my bed and started checking out social media for like an hour.
My 6:30 alarm went off. I quickly combed my hair in front of the mirror and left the room. Walking down the hallway, I decided to walk over to Harry's room to see if he was up too. To my surprise, the light in his room was off. He's usually awake by now. I knocked and luckily, he told me to get in. He was on his bed just using his computer as usual.
"What's up? How'd you see?" he asked me.
"Well, not okay as I've just woken up like 15 minutes ago."
"Why did you wake up so early? Only I wake up early in this corridor." he giggled. "There must be a good reason then."
"Yes, there's a good reason. I had to get up so I'm not late to Mr. Asshole's class. Remember I told you he's joining us with Class B for a pair project on Chapter 6 of the Business book. I really don't like that chapter."
"Lucky for me, that's my favorite so you'll be fine if he lets us pick our own partners. You're in good hands."
"Glad to have someone like you around me. I'd be so lost, man."
"No worries, let's head out to the cafeteria."
Harry and I left the room and headed straight for the cafeteria. That place is really annoying because it's always filled with people. It's like the entire school just decides to eat at the same time. It's seriously weird. Screams echoed from all directions as we entered. We quickly got food and sat down and began eating.
"Have you reached King Tower 13 yet in Clash?" asked Harry.
"Nah, not yet." I replied, while pulling my phone out of my pocket and checking the time. "I'll eventually reach soon. Anyway, I see you're done. Let's go. It's almost 7:20"
We left the cafeteria and went straight to the class hall room.
METAWIN POV:
A little after 6:50am, the boys and I were eating breakfast in the cafeteria. The air in there was a little stuffy since there was a lot of us in here already. Hudson was telling us about how he found a way of getting his crush, Gena, into dating him. Something to do with her best friend or something. I wasn't quite paying attention. I didn't really care about that. All I did with girls was sex and they gave quite good head. I've never really liked them. I just liked the pleasure that came with dating them.
At that moment, just to make the room even more stuffy, a few more people entered the room. I knew this through the sound of that huge door opening. My eyes took a leap towards the door and I saw that kid who disrespected me and his grey-haired friend. They looked like a bunch of fags. They made the air even more dense.
"Hey, are you guys done eating? I could really leave right now."
"But I'm not done yet!" complained Malcom.
"I'm just about done." said Paul. "I guess I can go with you."
"Great! Let's leave!" I exclaimed.
Paul and I dumped the remains from our plates into the trash and put the plates onto the automatic dishwasher. It was now about 7:10am so we decided to head to class as there's little time left.
While walking in the hallway, Paul noticed that something was wrong when we were in the cafeteria.
"Yo, how come your mood changed once those Class A boys got into the room? Did something happen?" he asked.
"They're in the same year as us? The blonde one made me angry."
"Well, whatever he did, I don't think it was that deep so I suggest you just let it slide."
"I'll consider." I concluded.
We got into the hall and sat down next to each other. Class A's teacher, Mr. Wilson, came in around 7:25 to start the lesson. I wonder what he wants to do and where our teacher is. Mr. Clarke, our Business teacher, walked in after a few seconds. Both teachers were dressed nicely with suit jackets and all. Normally, school teachers would just dress decently. There's something more to it. I'm quite the detective.
"Morning, class! Today, Mr. Clarke and I agreed to give you all an assignment that will be 70% of your grade." said Mr. Wilson.
Bingo.
"I will set you up in pairs. One from my class and the other from Mr. Clarke's. It will be due 2 weeks from today"
The process of selection began. After a few minutes, a lot of the room was already paired up.
"Malcom Andrew to be paired with Harry Nakhum. Come get your assignment. Metawin Perth to be paired with Skylar Anderson. Come get your assignment."
As I walked over to get the assignment, I saw my partner. It was that nerdy asshole that disrespected me. I'm so going to enjoy making him do all the work. After receiving the paper, I went over to him.
"Listen here, you little shit. I hope you didn't forget about what happened Monday morning. You better do all the work. I'll just be there to supervise you. We'll be working at my house every day."
"Hey, that's not-"
"Fair? I know. I'll see you in the afternoon for planning. Meet me by the math block at 3pm."
