A fairly complete profile was not only written up but also pictures of the victims. Glass was written on and some of the team had even left to visit sites.

"I fear that I have outstayed my welcome. It was lovely to see you Spencer and the team were only politeness but the time has come." Brown hair had swirled all around his face as he turned and looked at the woman who had spoken.

"You aren't staying?" Elora didn't have the chance to look up as she grabbed her bag and threw it over her shoulder.

"Right, my lovelies. I have managed to access the online files from our victims and they all have fairly normal documents. It has all been searched and it is just work-related. Their dirty habits have been kept only at home as far as I can tell, " Garcia admitted down the phone while Elora had turned to leave. The door was closed slowly whilst he spoke and slowly steps were walked down.

Elora's right hand was dragged across the desk that was once due to be hers as Elora watched those around her work. It was supposed to be her world but the FBI had ruined it once again.

"Elora. Can't you just help out with this case?" Spencer had nearly gone too far as the top step was nearly tumbled down.

"Not my call." Spencer had gone to speak again but even his large brain couldn't figure out a way to get around the issue.

"Hello, Midnight." Garcia had only just sprung up from nowhere and Elora had prepared herself for a fight before lowering her hand and smiling. It was the bubbly woman on the phone and she had used a very silky voice.

"The last time someone snuck up on me...well. I'm here. How can I help you, Miss Penelope Garcia?" Pink lips smiled at the formality before the short nails were seen as Garcia pointed.

"I need to know how someone got into this disgusting group and I have heard a lot about you. Seen you in action even, so thought that I might come and see you when you are you and not some sexy spy." Both of them spoke for a short while before Garcia hugged her tightly and they both began to laugh. Eventually, the pair were heading in two separate directions.

Sweeps were done on the scenes before the team gathered once again. Glass was covered in writing and pictures but they were still no closer to finding the killer.

"Okay, Midnight told me that to be a member of this group you have two options. Both of them require being invited. The group is found by a long code that changes but once you join, then the code never has to be entered again. Even just a friend giving it to you. Now, this doesn't seem like the type of thing that people would talk about but I have found that all of our victims have mingled with at least one other victim. Meetings between businesses or working together. One newspaper article has pictures of a birthday of one of the victim's kid and another victim is in the background." At no point did Garcia stop typing while she spoke.

"Spencer. Where is she?" Spencer had barely sat down when he was forced to look up at his boss.

"Oh. She was never actually on the case with us so sometime after you guys left she also left." Hands wiped down the vest that he wore and his file was lifted.

"How would she have been able to read the case? And how did Garcia know to put out a tablet for her?" Most of the team shrugged it off but Hotch didn't even listen to JJ.

"She probably has connections in high places. If not, she may have a high level of clearing to read our files." Spencer mentioned and his fingers rested on his chin while he thought.

"Or Strauss is trying to get her to stay. Maybe her bosses want Elora to stay in the FBI. A lot of ex undercover agents go rogue." Rossi spoke so sure of his answer that he didn't expect a response.

"There actually used to be so many undercover cops going rogue that 25 years ago the FBI brought in hundreds of new guidelines to stop them. By limiting what they do then they can't get enough of a taste for the type of life and so never think of going rogue nevermind actually do it. They are also heavily monitored before and after their missions. Elora would never be allowed so much freedom if it was suspected that she went bad." Spencer stopped speaking as the room listened blankly.

"I spoke to Strauss already. She said that she likes her. Elora made a good impression and with her history, it should be an honour that she joined us. Strauss told her to come here and see if she liked it but it was made clear that I had to make the decision. I have until five to make up my mind and if I agree then Elora will be offered a role here. If not, the Pentagon will take her for another job." Smiles were seen and his dark eyes had no option but to see them. They all seemed to like her.

"When will she start?" Emily hardly left any room for Hotch to manoeuvre as her eyes didn't leave his.

"She won't be starting." All eyes looked up at him but none of them actually said anything. The case was more important but nothing could be left for too long.

"The killer is torturing her victims for up to an hour. She would have to keep them quiet somehow otherwise the neighbours would hear. It would be the time in the day where most people are out but not enough for their screams to be muffled." Reid read and reread the pages but no explanation could be given.

"The unsub is also keeping a type for all of the family. Working mother and multiple children so the unsub must know them or have stalked them for a prolonged period of time but with the close killings it doesn't give her enough time." The heat was filling up in the room despite open windows and the whole team felt it.

"What if the unsub is keeping them alive to find her next victim? She could emasculate them and when they are calling out for death she kills them. There was evidence of a gag being used in all cases and in the third case, one of his neighbours claimed to hear fairly loud music." Morgan seemed to turn all of their brains into motion as they looked at him the whole time.

"Maybe she knows someone on the website. The first victim could have given her the link and ever since then she has been reliving her own sexual abuse. That way she had the first two names. She could kill and become accustomed to it. The second one was kept alive because she needed to know who told them about the site or the names of people that he told." Pen didn't move fast enough as the profile was built on.

"Call Elora. We need the faces of all the people on that site. Garcia, you stay on the line." The sound of ringing was filling the air before he finished speaking and quickly the phone was picked up.

"Agent Burton, coffee or tea?" A man who went unrecognised by the team could be heard far off.

"Nothing thanks. Agent Elora Burton. How can I help you?" Her cheery voice was heard trailing down the phone while muttering was always behind her.

"We need the faces of all the people on the website. We believe that the unsub is among them and all of the members are in danger of being next." The air on the other end became quieter as she audibly closed a door behind her.

"That isn't possible. I was only given answers to the people who are dead because dead people don't have rights in the owner's mind. What I can say is that your killer isn't in that chat. It is for men only and female faces would have been recognised. All faces also have to be vetted by another member who is already one of the members. All the victims had young kids but there was only a recent trigger. Could the killer be one of the wives? The victims are found at the window. Families are never the ones to find them. All of their bodies are hung at a window shortly after. The killer wants other people to find it. Maybe the killer recently found out that their husband is a perv. The killer shows no resentment to the mother which most victims do." Hotch agreed and Garcia was already typing by the time they hung up on her.

"I see why you don't want her on the team. Pretty useless hey?" Emily didn't even look at Hotch as she stood and walked to her desk and grabbed her belt. All that the team needed was a name and then they had the killer.

"Garcia has found someone." All surrounding uniform moved to the door as well as the team as they rushed to leave.
