Chapter 5

Roc POV

I was just finishing up unpacking my things for my room completely.

I decided to go for a jog since Destiny wasn't able to come over today.

I put in my wireless beats and put on my Nike black shorts with black Lebrons. I decided not to put a shirt on.

I was starting off my jog on the sidewalk and when I looked farther up the road there was Jaden.

I quickly caught up with her and jogged beside her.

Roc: Hey.

Jaden: Umm...hi.

Roc: Why are you always so mean towards me?

I grabbed her by the waist and stood there looking in her eyes waiting for a response.

She let me hold her for a few seconds before removing my arms off her waist.

She blushed and power walked.

I ran up to catch her and stopped her again.

Roc: No. Tell me please.

Jaden: I don't have to explain anything to you.

Roc: Can you please tell me. Does it have to do with the whole accidentally causing your books to fall on the first day?

Jaden POV

When I think about it, I am sort of mean to him for no apparent reason except for me thinking he'd be a snobby stuck up rich kid.

Jaden: Oh I don't know..

Roc: Just tell me.

Jaden: Why do you care so much to know?

Roc: Because...I may have a crush on you.

Jaden: I bet you do...and don't take that the RIGHT WAY. I'm being sarcastic.

Roc: I figured that. Why do you think I don't like you.

Jaden: Destiny.

Roc: I don't even like her like that. She's just my partner in the project.

Jaden: She seemed more than just your partner outside the other day.

Roc: Oh, so you've been watching me?

Jaden: I keep my eyes open I guess you could say.

Roc: Stalking. Haha.

Jaden: Am not!

Roc: Is so.

Jaden: I do not stalk you Chresanto August.

Roc: Keep lying to yourself.

Jaden: Well I don't.

Roc: Well how did you know I was talking to Destiny the other day.

Jaden: Just because I was leaving my house in my car and saw you guys talking doesn't mean it was stalking. I was just thinking 'ohh they might date.' And kept driving to my destination.

Roc: Yeah yeah.

Roc: Anyways, Friday night me and the boys throwing a dope ass party. You wanna come?

Jaden: I don't know. Wont you have your little Roadie groupies there?

Roc: You're my only groupie so I don't know what you're talking about Jaden Boo.

He put his head down and snickered to himself.

I punched him in the arm.

Jaden: So rude.

He picked me up and got on top of me in the grass in his lawn.

Roc: Don't punch me.

He started playfully hitting me and I tried to get up.

He pushed me down again and started tickling me.

Roc: Say you sorry.

Jaden: Ah-h  N-nev-er!!!

Jaden:S-s-s-stopppp!!!

Roc: Say I'm sorry and the tickle monster will go away.

Jaden: I-Im Sorrr-y.

Roc helped me up and got up himself.

Jaden: You got my clothes dirty.

Roc: It'll be ok. You know you had fun.

Jaden: Maybe.

We stood outside and talked for a little longer after the play fight. I eventually walked back home to freshen up and shower.

After I got out I put on some Victoria Secret sweatpants and a white long sleeved crop top.

I tied my hair up and brushed my teeth and put on deoderant.

I layed in bed listening to my stereo system.

I was smiling the whole time. I was smiling because I was listening to Mindless Behavior's album.

I might become a fan who knows?

Roc POV

I was laying in bed after my shower.

I was thinking about Jaden.

She's so fine. That light brown curly hair and those plump lips and big eyes. She just looks so innocent when she bats those big eyelashes.

I think I'm falling in love with that girl.
