Chapter 4: Sudden Question

As promised, Kou is taking me to our tutor-date right after school. I thought that I can dress up in any clothes that I feel comfortable but. . .

Aoi is being so gushy. She dressed me up as a barbie doll. But to be honest, the clothes isn't that bad.

I'm wearing a white t-shirt with colar and red skirt. Thankfully she covers my ankles. My hair is tied up in two-ponytails using some red bowties.

"Nene-Chan, can you tell your auntie about your date?" Mrs. Akane said from the door which it was closed. I groaned but smiled. "It's not a date Auntie."

She chuckled and I can hear her footsteps getting away from the door. Aoi finally finished dressing me up. She turns the chair and now I'm facing the mirror.

Surprisingly, I look more natural-beauty and also very cute. Yes, I compliment myself. I look so good that I have forgotten that I have radish legs.

These legs will never change right?

I smiled and make the 'good' sign to Aoi. "Thank you, Aoi-Chan!" I said cheerfully to her. She smiled and nodded. "Anything for you!" She said.

I open our room door, revealing Mrs and Mr. Akane. "My, Mrs. Yashiro's daughter is going on her first date!" Mr. Akane said. I make a sadistic smile. Mrs. Akane gushed her.

"She's cute and pretty, this is not her first date. Am I right, Nene-Chan?" She said sweetly to me.

Unfortunely, this is not a date and this is my first tutor-date ever.

I didn't respond to that, I only give her a sincere smile. Before I could wear my shoes, she called me.

"Nene-Chan, your parents will visit you later on" She said. I look at her blankly and proceeds to nod.

"A-Alright!" I said, trying to gain my confidence. I open the door, revealing Kou at the street scrolling on his phone. "Nene-Oneesan!" He exclaimed.

I turned around and see Aoi nodding at me with a mischevious smile. Once again, I know she'll be gushy after I come home later.

I ran over Kou. He's wearing his backpack and hold two textbooks. Looks like he seems very determined over this tutor-date.

"Lead the way, boy" I said to him. He smiled cheekily and we finally get into our journey to this cafè.

I should be thankful that today is such a beautiful day. There is no rain. Just the sun and the clouds.

"Nene-Oneesan" Kou called me. I look at him. "Why did you move?" He ask. I frowned a bit. What a sudden question to be ask.

"I-Its okay if you don't want to answer!" He stuttered.

I let out a chuckled and shake my head. "No, its fine" I paused for a bit. My parents took me away for a better treatment for my health and they never let me go back here.
