Hopper is talking to El, joyce to Will, and the rest are discussing a plan where Erica, Steve, Robin, and dustin go to his tower to contact joyce, Hopper, and Murray go to a russian fortress under the mall. Then the rest of us go to Murray's fortress/house. I sit on a bench sulking at the ground. "Whats wrong kiddo?" Hop asks. "Nothing. Im just tired. I have powers." I say and he nods. "I knew you'd find out one day." He replies. He hugs me and leaves. I continue sulking until mike walks up. "Come on. We're leaving." He says. I follow him to the car and get in the very back. Nancy tries to crank the car, but it won't work. Jonathan gets out and they pop the hood. "The ignition cable's missing." He says. We hear a car engine rev and headlights turn on. I look out and see billy's car. I get out abd run into the mall. They soon follow.
"Scoops troop, this is Griswold family, do you copy? We're stuck in the mall in need of emergency transportation.." Muke says into a walkue talkie. He passes it to Lucas. I sit on a bench in the middle of the mall staring at the floor. Mike walks over and sits beside me. He gravs my hand and sends the feeling up my arm. "You ok?" He asks. I see El out of the corner of my eye glaring at us. I yank my hand out of his grasp. "I'm fine. You have no idea how much el loves you, do you? She LOVES you Mike. And you LOVE her. Go show her that." I say. "Well, right now I care about you. Something's wrong." He says concerned. "Well I'm pretty tired considering I have powers that are weaker than a mouse." I say. He hugs me sideways. "You'll feel better. I know you will." He says. I smile slightly. "If that's what you say, but you should go to El. Show her how much you love her, and don't lie." I say. He doesnt move. "Mike, why aren't you going to her?" I say. He looks at me. "I wanna comfort you for a few minutes." He says and I smile.
The mall starts shaking slightly but we ignore it. "Alissa, I think I like you." Mike says. "I like you too Mike, but i can't betray El. Im not like that." I tell him. I look around and El is right behind us. She's angry but sincere. "...mike?....." she says. I hug her. "I told you I'd never betray you el." I say. She cries into my shoulder. "I know. Why'd you turn him down though?" She says between tears. "El, I told you, id rather die inside than see you unhappy. I love you, you're my sister. And I'll never betray you." I say. I forget mike was standing there. "I love Mike, but you're the most important thing in my life El." I say. "Alissa, Mike's right here. You love him. I don't care if y'all date. I'll find someone that's my soulmate." She says. I slip a tear. "Go. Now." El says and pushes me to Mike. She smiles and walks over to Max and they high five. Everyone group hugs. "WAIT!!! YALL PLANNED ALL OF THIS?!?!" I say. They nod. "Since the closet. That was the first part of the plan." They all say. They all walk away. I wrap my arms around Mike's neck and hug him. He wraps his arms around my waist and hugs back. I look up at him. He looks at me and leans in. The mall shakes again and right before our lips touch, the ceiling busts open. I use a gust of wind and blow Mike away and the rubble falls on me along with a certain monster with it. "ALISSA!!!!!" they all yell.
