The Gifted X Blacklist: A GMMTV Crossover

Chapter 5: God's Hands (Group B)

Group B was tasked to go to God's Hand's hideout and expose them to the police. Dark, Title, Toptap, and Wave we're those assigned to Group B.

"I don't really understand why he's the leader of our group" Title scrutinized Wave. "What if he betrays us like his twin?"

"Yeah," Dark also didn't seem pleased with the idea. "how can we trust him?"

"Don't question his authority," Toptap defended Wave. "If Punn believes he can lead us then let him try and prove it"

"Well, why should we even trust his judgment anyway," Title rolled his eyes. "we don't know him, and we couldn't even trust one of our own to not lie to us"

Wave scoffed. "you'd have to be dumb to not trust Punn, I originally didn't even like the dude but he's literally the definition of perfect."

Toptap decided now was a good time to step in before a fight broke out, "anyway...what's the plan?"

"We're going to sneak into the God's Hands hideout, Dark's going to report to his subordinate, I'm going to hack into their CCTV systems, Toptap's going to double as Dark and go to where they hide the ecstasy experiments and Title will alert the police"

"Okay", "Got it", "Fair enough"

When they had arrived outside the suspected hideout, they made sure to run down the plan again. "everyone understands their jobs?"

"Yup", "Yes sir"

Toptap and Dark entered the building first, Dark with his half white, half black face mask and Toptap with a black cloth coving his lower face.

"Go right, if you follow the right wall the entire time you eventually meet the purple lab with the ecstasy"

Wave followed them into the building shortly after, he also had a cloth face-covering like Toptap. following the digital map, Dark had given him of the building he easily located the system control room. It wasn't really an advanced setup and considering his potential it was extremely easy to infiltrate. He gathered all the documents and sent them to his phone, he needed all the bank statements describing the exchanges between God's Hands and the high school.

When Title thought about it, he had the easiest job compared to Dark, Toptap, and Wave. all he needed to do was wait for the right time to call the police and make sure they show up before any of the God's Hands escape. He didn't really take into account whether or not they'd have any very specific assets. It only took a familiar voice calling out his name for him to vacate his post,

"Title?!" Who was it? Title swore that voice was someone he knew.

"Cupcake? Is that you?" He started to jog to where he believed the voice was hiding. "Cupcake?"

and have a black bag slung over his head.

After Title was caught it was quite simple for the God's Hands to capture Toptap and Wave. They were all tied up in a concrete room.

"Title, why the hell do you get yourself caught?" Wave huffed out. "Your job was so fucking simple"

Title struggled against the restraints, "Why the hell are you blaming me, it was your shitty plan that got us captured not mine."

"Guys stop arguing," TopTap whispered under his breath. "We need to focus on completing our part and getting out of here"

Wave rolled his eyes, "I can't believe someone like you got into Blacklist in the first place, all it took was them to call out your name and you walked into their trap"

"Well at least I'm in a special group, you're just a bitch"

"I'm in the gifted program at my school, dipshit," Wave scoffed. "I can't believe you think being in the Blacklist makes you better than me."

Title rolled his eyes, the entitlement of this guy, "Well then you're just the same as me, thinking you're above everyone because of your class ranking"

"Actually that's where we're different, you would never expose the Blacklist to more qualified people," Wave craned his neck to look at Title. "Me and Pang are actively working to expose the gifted program to the rest of the school because we don't believe it should be kept a secret"

That really managed to silence Title.

Nobody decided to speak until Dark entered the room with two other bigger guards. He was carrying a tray with vile containing the purple ecstasy.

Wave made eye contact with Dark. "Dark you told Pang you won't betray us"

"You're right". Dark walked over to the bigger guards. "Please tie me up, I've decided to switch sides.

After they tied Dark to another one of the chairs, the bigger guards decided to give the ecstasy to Title first. Right before the opened the vials Wave stopped them. "Do me first"

"No, we're doing the idiot man child first" The guard smiled crookedly at Wave. "I think we could have a little fun with you"

"But here's the thing," Wave interrupted the guard again. "I don't think that purple stuff will even do anything to me"

The man laughed. "This is ecstasy, kid. I doubt you'll be unaffected"

Wave matched his smile, raising an eyebrow. "Oh but sir, you don't know me," Wave wiggled his fingers in the restraints. "I'm special"

The man's smile darkened. "Okay you brat, if you think you're immune to this stuff I'll do you first"

Wave smiled cheerily. "Perfect! I'll even give you a count down" Wave cleared his throat as the guard walked over and uncapped the vial. "3...2..."Before he could get to 1 a group of cops burst into the room.

"Thanks for the last-minute save officers" Wave had just finished explaining the situation and thanking them. "I sent the rest of the information directly to the station's computers"

He eventually went to meet back up Toptap, Dark, and Title. "Okay mission complete guys"

"Wait Wave did you plan out that entire thing?"

"Well not exactly" Wave tilted his head slightly. "If you mean getting captured that definitely wasn't part of the plan. But my potential means I can connect to an electrical current as long as I've been connected once before. So I wired the police and sent the documents over."

Toptap looked him over. "What about if they gave you the ecstasy? What would have happened"

Wave thought it over. "I was bluffing. But I heal faster so I doubt it would've killed me", he glanced over at Title who hadn't said anything since their argument. "But I wasn't about to let anyone drink it first, if I leading, I'm leading to death as well"

Dark shook his head lightly. "You gifted kids are so intense."

Title turned to him. "Thank you" then he stalked off toward the car they arrived in.
