I didn’t know how long we were playing Halo for, but I was completely stoned and Cody kept killing me because I couldn’t comprehend what was going on. I died again, and laughed at nothing setting the controller down. I grabbed my phone and saw that Vic was calling me.

“Helllooooooo” I giggled into the phone.

“Where are you Kai? Are you drunk?!” Vic cried into the phone. Again, I started laughing again and heard him sigh into the receiver. Once the giggles were out of me, I cleared my throat.

“No my dear Victor, for I, Nikaila am not drunk. I will be soon but you shall not worry about me, you beautiful soul” I said in a posh English accent.

“Tell me where you are, I’m going to pick you up” he sighed on the phone.

“No, it’s salll goood mate, I’ll be home tomorrow. See ya latah” I said, before ending the call.

Vic was going to be so mad, but I’ll deal with it tomorrow. The last thing I remembered was shot gunning 4 beers with Cody and eventually passing out before 5 in the morning.

The next morning, I had a wicked hangover, and I was so burnt out. I cautiously lifted my head and saw I was in Cody's living room on the couch. Luckily Cole gave me the bigger couch, and he was passed out of the love seat looking really uncomfortable. I grabbed my phone and saw it was noon and I had about 50 missed calls, and 30 text messages from all the guys except Josh, whatever. I got up and massaged my pounding head, before going to the bathroom to freshen up. I looked in the mirror and groaned at my make up running down my face, blood shot eyes and my hair was a mess. I washed my face, splashing cold water to wake me up and put my hair in  a messy bun. By the time I was done, I relieved myself and walked back to Cody's living room.

"Dude, I have to go" I said, shaking him awake. Cody slapped my arm away and grumbled something non coherent, and I shrugged leaving him and the mess we left behind.

When I pulled into my drive way, I immediately felt so nervous I could throw up... or was it from my hangover? I put my car in drive and ran out hurling my guts on the side of the house. I wiped my mouth when I was done, and took a deep breath. I opened the front door, and saw that no one was in site, which was good. I was hoping the guys went out for lunch or something since I wasn't home. Relieve by this thought, I said hi to Mickey and planned to take a long shower.

Unfortunately, as I got to my room, I saw Vic sitting on the bed glaring at me.

"Hi" I mumbled looking down at the floor. I heard him get off the bed and walk over to me, giving me a hug.

"I was so worried Kai, are you okay?" he asked me. He took a deep breathe and pulled me away from his chest.

"You smell like alcohol and weed. What the hell did you do last night?" he glared.

"Just hung out with a friend. And no, we didn't do anything if you were thinking about it" I  said casually walking past him.

He grabbed my arm before I could even get past him.

"You could have told me where you were so I could stop worrying about you all night" he told me truthfully. I immediately felt awful for worrying Vic. The least I could do was tell him where I was, god I was so stupid.

"I'm sorry" I whispered looking at him. He sighed and pulled me into another hug.

"Its okay, I'm just worried about you that's all" he breathed out and then wrinkled his nose, "we'll talk about it later. You need to shower, you stink".

I smiled and smacked his arm lightly, but I knew he was right, I did smell like a hobo.

After a quick shower, I ran downstairs into the living room where the other guys were hanging.
