jj: it was your first day of 8th grade, but it was the middle of the year because you had just moved to the cut do to money shortages. you didn't really have any friends until jj walked up to you thinking you were cute, and you were inseparable since.
john b: you were surfing and wiped out. john b was out on the water fishing, and he pulled his boat up to you offering to help you because you had hit your head pretty bad.
pope: you were looking for a specific textbook in the library because you had an assignment due soon. the last one was checked out but it was your lucky day because pope had just walked in returning his copy. once he had noticed how stressed you were he offered to help you out.
kiara: you were at a protest against ocean pollution, and you didn't realize you stepped on her foot. you apologized and she said you had a good "aura" so y'all exchanged numbers and realized you both went to the same school you were just a year older.
sarah: you saw sarah at a party and thought she was cute so you went up to her and asked to dance.
rafe: you waited tables at his favorite restaurant and when you asked for their orders he said that he wanted your number. you found him charming and gladly gave it to him.
topper: you were both seated next to each other at one of the outdoor movie marathons and he scooted a little closer to talk to you because he got annoyed of his friends.
