3 weeks after Christmas

Lena had to work from home now, since her bump was growing quite fast. Alex said during a ultrasound that the pregnancy might take only 5 months, and they should be ready.

The Luthor was in her study at home typing furiously on her laptop, answering stupid emails. She has agreed today to do some wedding planning today with Eliza and Nia. Krypto was always by her side making sure the baby and her were safe. Her fiancé was in CatCo doing some pitch meetings about the new magazine.

"Okay that's all for now people." Kara said and ended the meeting. Nia went to her friend asking: "How is Lena and the baby?" Just with that thought made the Super smile. "Both are doing well, I have to be on alert the whole time because Alex said the baby could also come earlier. That's why I keep on listening to their heartbeat's." The young reporter smiled and gave her boss a hug. Both walked to the office and started to brainstorming about the superhero mission they had together. "We have to write about this because people should be warned. I mean when we found his warehouse, it was full of supplies to build bombs." Kara said worried. Nia nodded in agreement and started to write the part of Dreamer's point of few, while Kara was listening t her favorite heartbeat's.

An hour passed and both were done with the article and published it. Soon it was time to go home, except that Kara had to go tuxedo shopping today. The young brunette head of to Kara's place to help Lena with planning and Kara was drinking hot chocolate, while waiting for Alex. Again she heard a very known heartbeat. "Hey Alex!" The Super said as she gave her sister a hug. "Hey Kar, you ready for tux shopping?" The older Danvers question was answered with Kara chugging down her drink grabbing her coat. "So ready!" And walked out of her office and then the building. They looked at a few shops already, and as usual Kara didn't find the right one.

Meanwhile at the other end of the city, Lena, Nia and Eliza were planning. "Kara and I are planning a small wedding. We want to marry when it's warmer, so we agreed mid of May. And because of the pregnancy." The other women nodded and Krypto gave a bark. The Luthor was very concentrate about planning. "Oh Lena when do you wan to go dress fitting?" Asked Eliza. Lena froze she totally forgot about the dress, she was thinking when, but sure after the pregnancy. "I was thinking a few days after the birth of my child. So that should open well up with the schedule." Eliza gave a soft smile and hugged Lena. "Lee, what kind of flowers do you want?" Nia asked while looking through a few pages. The Luthor smiled, knowing that Kara and her agreed on a specific flower. "First Kara and I chose already. Second they are not from earth, they are from Krypton. They are called Dar-Essa's." She said and showed the flowers on the kitchen island. The other's and made an 'O'-shape with their mouths, giving a smile. "They're beautiful." Eliza commented.

Alex and Kara were a little exhausted from all the shopping. "Kara wait! I know this great shop that sells hand made tuxes. It's a few blocks away." She grabbed her sister's arm and dragged her through the streets till they reached the store. Both entered the store and Kara's eyes went wide. It was kind of big and had a lot of choice's. "May I help you with something." Asked a elderly man. "Uh yes! Do you have wedding tuxedos for women?" The Super asked. The old man nodded and showed the a room full of tuxedos. "Thank you." The sister's said. They looked around and Kara stopped at two tuxes. One was black and the other was white, they were rather the very classy tuxedos. 'I should go with white because I'm a God, but black wouldn't be too bad.' Her thought's got interrupted with Alex tapping her shoulder. "I think you will love this one." Grinned the red head and showed a a deep blue tuxedo, with red rims and a red bow tie. Kara's eyes lit up a and nodded, this was the perfect tuxedo. "It's perfect Alex. But there is something missing. Hmmm...oh I want to have a stich of my family crest on the left side of my chest. Maybe the man can make it?" The Danvers sister's nodded in agreement and brought the tux to the guy. He smiled brightly at their choice. "Well I was right, this was the perfect tux for Suprgirl." Both froze with wide eyes as the elderly man looked at Kara. "Don't worry Miss Danvers your secret is safe with me. Is there anything else you need?" It took a few seconds for Kara to answer. "Uh please don't tell anyone, but you do know you have a big target on your back and I just don't want to people to get hurt. And yes, can you stich the hope symbol on the left chest side?" The old man gave her a soft smile and nodded. About 30 minutes later the tux was done. She paid, gave her super smile and left the store.

Suddenly Alex got a text. "Kara I have to go, looks like Kelly has a last minuet appointment and baby Kellan needs someone to take care." The older Danvers gave an apologetic look. "It's okay Alex. Go take care of my nephew, anyway I will have the same soon in a few months." They smiled softly and hugged. Both separated their ways and the Super got into an alley, then changed to her suit and flew off.

Lena was relaxing on the couch when she heard a thud on the balcony. "Hey honey!" The Luthor said and gave a kiss to her fiancé. "Hey babe, how are you? Everything went well today? I bought sushi home." The Luthor hugged her tight and took the bag. Sushi was her food cravings since she was pregnant. Kara was greeted with a hard jump from Krypto. "I've missed you too buddy, did you take good care of moma?" As an answer she got a bark and a few licks, making her giggle. "i see you bought your tux already." Smirked Lena. "Can I see it?" Kara wanted to tease her a bit. "If I can't see you in your wedding dress, you can't see me in my tux yet." She gave a soft kiss. The raven haired woman grunted, but understood, like that was fair. "Fine." She sighed, while shovingh sushi in her mouth.

After eating they watched a movie and cuddled, Krypto was on his bed sleeping. "Can I look at our baby?" Asked the Super a little too eager. Her fiancé nodded. With that the blonde knelt down, squinting her eyes a little, to activate her x-ray vision. "Hey little one...Oh little one's!" Yelled Kara, making Lena spit out her water. "Wait what?! We are having twins?" She asked in disbelief. Kara looked again just to make sure, but nodded. "Yeah we have twins." Both smiled, happy that they will not only have one but two babies. "This is only getting better." Lena said and gave Kara a kiss. "Now we have to think of another baby name." They both giggled at the comment. "Actually twins don't run in my family, well that is what I know." Said the Luthor.

"I have. My mother was a twin. Actually on Krypton twin's are very rare, so this could explain why we have twins." Kara answered and Lena was making a fascinated face. They kissed again and Kara was hugging Lena's bump memorizing the five heartbeats in the room.
