At the Luthor-Danvers Penthouse

"HONEY I'M HOME!" Yelled the Super as she just came back from work. She was instantly greeted by Krypto's kisses and was giggling on the ground. "Hey buddy where's moma?" Kara asked. The dog tilted his head, looking at her with puppy eyes. "No buddy not now I need to see my fiancé and then feed you." Chuckled Kara. She stood up and walked to the living room still wondering where Lena is. She concentrated and listened, searching for three heartbeats. 'Gotcha!' Thought Kara.

She super sped to the nursery and saw Lena painting the House of El crest on the wall. It looked exactly like the one on her suit. "Baby, it's beautiful!" Kara looked at it with awe. "Hi love, how was work? I got bored and chose to paint." Kara snaked her arms around Lena's waist and pulled her for a kiss. "Oh sweetheart, work was tiring, but I'm just happy to be where I truly belong. And that is you. By the way the painting is amazing." Lena just gave her a deep kiss and smiled. "I'm happy that you are here too. Thank you, I thought at least bring a little Krypton to our kids in the room." They both chuckled at the comment. Kara got changed in more comfortable clothes and helped Lena finish her artwork. But the usual Kara she likes to get playful, so she sprayed water on Lena a bit. The Luthor looked at Kara, seeing a huge smirk on her face. "Oh game on!" Lena said. She related the action Kara made and it only got more intense. Soon they were wet and out of breath, from all the laughing. "I so won this time." Kara said with a smirk. Lena just started to laugh "Yeah right." Kara gave her best puppy eyes and pot, making Lena feel instantly bad. "Okay, you won." The Luthor gave up, if she can't handle Kara's and Krypto' puppy eyes, then what about if she could handle it with her kids?

She got out with her thoughts when Kara hugged her from behind. "What's wrong babe?" She asked worried. "I was just thinking about your puppy eyes and that I can't say no to them. What about our kids, if they have your puppy eyes. Rao I am going to die." Kara gave kiss on the side of hr head and started to giggle. "It's a talent babe, and I'm sure you will survive." They both started to laugh and plopped on the couch. "Want something to eat, sweetheart?" The Super asked. The raven haired woman nodded eagerly. "Oh yes! Your kids are giving me cravings." Kara took her phone out and ordered. "I can't wait to meet our babies. I wonder how they will look like. And the genders. But I do hope one thing...That they have your beautiful emerald eyes, that enchanted me from day one." The Luthor's heart melted, her fiancé is always true to her words and has a heart of gold. "I can't wait to see them one day. But I hope at least one of them has your ocean blue eyes, they eyes that made me love again." Kara gave her a deep kiss and when they broke apart, they just gazed in each other, falling in love all over again.

Soon the food came and the small family started to attack the 15 Pizza's. Krypton had his own Pizza, of course. After they were all satisfied and cuddled up to watch TV, Lena started to have pain. "Darling my stomach hurts." Said Lena in pain. Kara used her x-ray vision to see what's going on. "Oh Rao, babe! We have to go to the DEO!"

With that Kara lifted her up and ran to the garage, with Krypto behind them. She quickly buckled Lena up into their Range Rover and drove off to the facility, as fast as possible by car. While driving kara pressed her coms and thank Rao Alex answered. "Alex get ready! Lena is going to give birth anytime soon." She practically yelled. On the other hand lena had contraction. She kept on asking grimace's and Kara help her hand to reassure her she's with her. "Where soon there, sweetheart. I love you."

"I love you too." Lena squeezed her hand to let her know she meant it. Kara parked and at carried Lena bridal style into the DEO. "Alex where should I put her?" The blonde asked in panic. The director pointed her to the surgery room, while she got prepared. The Super laid Lena there and held her hand tight. Exactly that moment Lena's water broke. Few minutes passed, Alex and a team of surgeons gathered up around Lena. "director the babies are ready." said a surgeon. Alex took a stool and sat in front of Lena. "Okay Lena, I need you to push." And so she did, she pushed and pushed, while she got motivation of her fiancé. She gripped Kara's hand tight and was sure is she were human it would hurt her.

After a few pushes, she heard a baby cry and happy tears filled her eyes. "It's a girl!" Alex yelled happy and gave her baby girl to a nurse to clean up. "You doing amazing, my love." Kara said kissed her sweaty forehead. "Lena you have to be ready again, the second one is coming." Alex yelled with happiness. Again she pushed and pushed, till her very last energy and there came the second baby. "it's a boy!" yelled Alex in happiness, again. She brought the babies for clean up and Kara gave her a kiss. "I'm so proud of you. You did great." Again the Super kissed her and after walked to their kids and cut the umbilical cord. After all the cleaning up Alex gave Kara both babies to her arms. She was crying out of joy and walked over to Lena and sat next to her. "They're beautiful." Kara said between happy tears. Alex gave them privacy and left the room with joy. The blonde laid her kids on Lena. Suddenly their eyes opened and both fell in love with the sight, both babies had two different eye colors, each. The baby boy had a right blue eye and a left green eye, and the baby girl had a right green eye and a left blue eye. The babies observed their mother's and gave a big smile. The couple started to cry, seeing what they both created. "Our little miracles, with the most amazing smiles and most beautiful eyes I've seen." Lena said and kissed her babies foreheads. Kara did the same and the kissed Lena. "They are our little miracles."
