Dreams do come true

It's a (normal) day

2 weeks later

The Super family continued to be happy. Kara and Lena tried to spend a much time with the kids and Krypto. There were times where they brought the twins to work, because day cares were not really a good idea. But they had lots of fund and happy moments!

At CatCo

Kara was leading a meeting, but it got done rather quickly. The twins were with her today and Krypto was always with Lena, since there were a few CADMUS goon's still trying and he was there to protect. The twins were reading and playing normally, while Kara was writing a new article. Supergirl was very busy today, but as CEO was rather relaxing.

She got interrupted when she heard one of the twins giggling hard. "No Kai, Kale doesn't go with everything." Giggled Luna and to be honest, it made Kara chuckle. "Luna, moma loves Kale and she told me it goes with everything, even when it's gross." Kai replied with a 'matter-of-factly' tone. They continued to giggle and laugh. The little Kryptonian's are growing so fast that they look like two year olds now.

The Super just couldn't stop looking at them, as they tried to finish a little experiment they did. When they got back from Dublin, the couple gifted the kids with a lot of stuff, but their most favorite one was the experiment kit. 'They are so smart, definitely they got Lena's brain. I'm so proud.' Taught Kara and gave them a warm smile. "Thank you Ieiu, we love you too." Answered Kai. The blonde stopped typing and gave them a shocked look. "You can read my mind?" She whispered, that only they could hear. Both nodded and Kara just smiled brightly. She ran to them and gave them hugs and kisses. "This is amazing! But one rule, no mind reading, while you are with moma and me. Okay?" She said. "Of course Ieiu. We will only use it for emergencies." Luna said and gave her mother a charming smile.

"They really got that charming smile from you." Said a very known voice. "Moma!" Yelled the twins and went to hug their mother. "Hey my loves. I brought lunch with Krypto." The four Supers gasped and gave Lena a big bear hug. Krypton was jumping up and down, being way to excited for the food. The raven haired laid the food on the sofa and Kara went to kiss her sweetly. "Hey babe, how are you doing?" The Super asked, while munching on her Burger. Lena gave her a peck on the cheek and answered: "I'm doing well love. Krypton was a big help. What about you and the twins?"

Luna, Kai and Kara gave a sheepishly grin. "We are doing very good babe. What's even more amazing is, I found out the can read minds." Kara said and whispered the last part. Lena was looking at her with shock at first, but then softened about the thought. "How did you find out?" Curiously asked Lena. The blonde whispered: "I was talking to myself in my mind and they were able to read it." Lena nodded and looked at the twins proud. "Enjoying your food my guard, prince and princess?" Kara asked. All three nodded and Krypto gave a bark.

The food was gone in 20 minutes and there laid four Khryptonian's with full bellies on the sofa. Lena just had to take a pic, because it was absolutely adorable. "You guys are so cute." Compliments Lena and gave each a kiss and a hug. "babe you missed a spot." Joked Kara and pouted. Lena just rolled her eyes and gave a quick, but passionate kiss. "Better?" She teased. The Super smirked. "Much better."

The family got interrupted by the TV flashing news about building collapsing. "Duty calls." Muttered Kara and changed to her suit. She flew really fats breaking the sound barrier with no problem. She just arrived right on time and was able to hold the building. Then her comms activated: "Supergirl, the building got destroyed by it's weakest point. If you can fix that the building will be stable again." Brainy said.

"Got it." She used her x-ray vision and spotted it rater quick. But noticed there was a bomb right to the next one. She used her superspeed to destroy the bomb and noticed it was laced with Kryptonite. 'They have no idea.' She taught, because it was clearly form CADMUS. She destroyed the bomb and fixed the building within minutes. "Good job Supergirl." Alex said though the comms. The Super then flew off and went back to CatCo, to her family.

At CatCo

When she arrived, she saw Lena, Krypto and the twins sleeping peacefully. She snapped a photo and then started to finish her work. "Well they are knocked out." A very familiar voice said. The blond looked up from her computer and saw the familiar face. "Miss Grant!" She almost shouted and gave her former boss a hug. "You being CEO, superhero and mother. Even I can't do that." Said the Cat. They both chuckled and talked for a bit. "The twins are growing extremely fast. It's like their double the size I last saw them." Cat said and looked at the sleeping babies. "Yeah they are. That's why Lena and I try to spend as much time with them." Kara said and gave a soft smile to their direction. Cat saw that and smiled. "Well you got them Kiera. I mean Carter is now living is own life too, but he will always be my baby. Even with 50." Cat joked and both laughed a bit. "All I ever wanted is right there on the sofa. My love of my life, the fluffy best friend and the little miracle's. I can't be happier." Kara said with love in her voice. Cat gave her a pat on the shoulder and smiled. They both drifted into a conversation, when suddenly Kay and Luna were floating. "Umm Kiera, something you need to handle." Cat said, a little bit surprised. Kara looked directly and saw it. "Rao, they do really dream sweet dreams." She chuckled and pushed them softly down to the sofa again.

She gave kisses to each of them on their foreheads and the went back to the queen of all media. "Well that what something. What did you mean by that before?" The older woman asked curiously. First Kara didn't understand, but it took a few second to understand why. "Usually when I dream something nice I start to float. Looks like the twins are having a nice dream that makes them happy, so they float. Being honest, it happened to me many times." She said awkwardly.

Cat nodded and grabbed her purse. "Well it was nice catching up Kiera. Now I need to go or I will be late for my massage." They hugged goodbye and Kara saw how Cat used her private elevator, just chuckling at that thought. 'Today was really nothing near normal.' She taught . The other's started to wake up from their nap and noticed it was time to go. "Hey let's go home. We all need some sleep." Kara said softly. They all nodded, stood up, grabbed their things and went to the car.

The drive was short and without hesitation they all plopped on the couch and fell asleep. Being happy to have each other.
