{FLUFF}
Josh's pov...
Clicking on Griffin's name, I pull my phone to be level with my face before hitting the FaceTime button. Griffin has been away on a business trip for awhile now, and we usually FaceTime each other after a long day.
Griffin's face pops up on my screen making me smile with joy to see his face again.
"Hey baby." Griffin says making me giggle with excitement.
"Hi Griff, I miss you." I whine, wanting to feel his touch against my skin or cuddle me until I can't breath.
"I miss you too Josh. But only a week left, then I'm home and you can have all the cuddles you want."
I giggle at that, pulling the covers closer to my face to feel comfortable and warm in our shared bedroom.
"How's the business trip going?" I question, hearing a quiet groan from the other line and Griffin's head hitting the hotels headboard.
"So boring, the same stuff over and over again. I hate that you weren't allowed to come." Griffin huffs making me laugh.
"It can't be that bad. I'm sad that I couldn't come too, but at least we can still FaceTime each other."
"Yes baby, that's really true." I hear a yawn from my partner making me look at his tired eyes, dark circles starting to form under his eyes.
"You should go to bed Griffey, you look so tired, I think you work to hard." I giggle when I hear a quiet gasp.
"You're saying that I look bad?"
"Nah uh, don't twist my words, I just said you looked tired, I never said you looked bad." I state clicking my tongue at the end.
"I guess I should go to bed, are you okay if I do?"
"Of course Griffin, I wanna make sure you take care of yourself, but can we stay on call for tonight?" I ask, crossing my fingers hoping that he says, yes.
"Sure, I'm fine with that." Griffin chuckles, moving his body to lay down in his bed and turn off the light, I do the same before both of us are encased in darkness.
"Goodnight Baby, I love you." Griffin sighs tiredly.
"Goodnight Griffey, I love you too." I smile. I wait to hear his snores before I fall asleep myself, thinking about Griffin holding me in his arms again.
