I lost her...

The next day , at school Leia approached me..

Leia: "Hey girl! How are you! You didn't take any of my calls last night!"

Me: "I was busy!"

Leia: "Yeah right! You can tell if you don't want be my friend anymore!"

Me: "No it's not that! At all ! I'll explain later I got to go!"

Leia : "Did you find yourself a new friend?!!"

Me : "No I just-.. Look i'm going to be late !"

Leia: "The bell rings in 10 minutes !"

Me: "Good bye Leia!"

Leia: "I'm done! I always come third or fourth in your life ! I can't do this anymore! Being your friend is like a sport ! And I'm exausted ! Goodbye, forever!"

Me: "Leia !"

I felt like everything or everyone was just letting me down one by one. Or maybe was I the problem?!

Carlos: "Hey what took you so long!"

Me: "Maybe the fact that I'm a terrible friend!"

Carlos: What happened?

Me: "Leia is mad at me!"

Carlos: "Then apologize!"

Me: "For what! To let her down a second time! Maybe it's better this way!"

Carlos: "I know you aren't a bad person!I also know that what ever happens I'll be there for you!"

Class came around and I had a science
Project with Leia and I had to present to the class with her ! So I had to talk to her before our presentation or it was going to be a catastrophe!

Me:"Leia!"

Leia: "Finally a sign of life!"

Me: "Look I know I've treated you horribly but we need to make this presentation the best!"

Leia: "So you didn't even come here to apologize?!"

Me: "I'm sorry but please!"

Leia: "Well good luck because I'm not presenting with you!"

Me:"Leia , please! If I fail this I'll fail science!"

Leia: "Well there's another thing you failed because you failed our friendship and I don't owe you anything!"

I was in deep crap! And didn't know what to do! So class started! Many teams presented then our turn came around ...

Ms. Harden: "Well come on up!"

Me: Ok

Ms. Harden: "Where's your partner?"

Me: I have one but first, I need to apologize! Leia! I'm sorry for everything I did ! I was a horrible friend and a horrible partner! I put you 6th in my life and you felt neglected ! I'm so sorry! Would you give me a second chance?

She stood up looked at me and said..

Leia: "I already gave you so much chances !"

And left the class without saying a word !

That's where I realised I lost her!
