Amber point of view~
I looked at the call. Aria. What. How. What the heck. I walked over to Audrey and showed her my phone.
"Um. Amber answer the call. Answer it." She said.
I answered the phone putting it on speaker so both of us can hear.
"Hello?" I said.
No response.
"Hello? Anyone there?" I asked again.
No response. It was completely silence before the call ended.
"What the heck." Audrey said.
We stared at each other for a while.
"I don't know. This is just so weird.
Let's just go to bed. Class starts tomorrow." I said.
I didn't even bother to ask her about the guy she was talking to.
With that we went to bed.
The next day~
Amber's point of view~
I woke up at the sound of my alarm.
I looked at my phone and it was 7:30. Class doesn't actually start until 8:30 so we got time. I sat up on my bed and went through my social media and stuff then Audrey's alarm went off, which caused her to wake up.
"Morning." I said getting out of bed.
"Morning." She said standing up. I walked over to my closet picking out an outfit.
I decided on black ripped shorts since it looked warm out today, with a muscle tank. I wore my all black high tops with it.
I laid my outfit on my bed, then went to brush my teeth. I did my usual routine, brush my teeth, make up, and hair. My hair was wavy so I put a flower crown over it to complete the outfit.
I finished getting ready, so I went in the kitchen to get food. I just had cereal.
Then Audrey came in to the kitchen getting waffles. She was wearing denim shorts with a cute tank top and her black vans. She had sunglasses on too. She looked cute.
"So you never told me why you were talking to that guy. Ashton? Or something like that." I said as she sat down.
"His name's Ashton. Last night when you were out. I heard screaming and laughing outside the door so I went out to see what it was. It was Ashton and his friends. I asked them to be quiet, then he apologized for earlier that day. Then we talked and yeah, he's really nice and funny. They aren't that bad. I met his friends and stuff but the girls aren't really nice. Exept for one of the girls." She said blushing a little.
Hm... Does Audrey like him?
"Why are you blushing?" I asked her. "Do you like him or..."
"No. Amber I don't like him. I met the dude yesterday." She said.
"Whatever you say." I said.
"Why were you with the other guy?" She asked.
"Oh Luke? I wanted to check out the roof, so I went up there and he was there too. We talked for while and yeah. He's ok I guess..." I said getting up.
"Ooooh. just ok?" she said wiggling her eyebrows.
"Just ok. Now let's go before we're late." I said.
We picked up our bags and got our things and stuff and went out the door.
"Let's get some starbucks. There's a place near the pizza place." Audrey said.
I nodded then we walked to Starbucks. We walked in and I saw a familiar blonde. It was Luke.
Wherever we go they're here. It's weird. It's like they known where we're gonna go. Luke was with his friends. I saw Ashton wave at Audrey which made Luke to look at us. Then Ashton started walking towards us. I looked at Luke and he looked at me but he looked away quickly.
"Hi Audrey." Ashton said. Then they talked.
" uh hi Amber. Sorry about what happened yesterday... I didn't mean to be rude." Ashton said.
"Don't worry about it. Sorry for hitting you." I said kind of embarrassed.
"Its fine." He said then went back to talking to Audrey.
We are still waiting in line to order. Then I got a call.
Unknown number.
"Hello?" I said.
"I can see you Amber." The voice said. Making me turn around looking all over the place.
"I see Audrey talking to that nice looking boy..." Thevoicesaidagain.
"What do you want?" I said a little louder then expected. Which caused Audrey to look at me.
"Don't." The voice said.
"What?" I said but the call ended.
"Amber are you ok?" Audrey asked. I shook my head pulling her to the corner of the shop.
" Audrey. Someone's watching us. They knew you were talking to Ashton and stuff." I said. Audrey started to look around.
"I hate the thought of someone following us." She sighed.
"I know. Let's just be careful from now on. Ok?" I asked her.
Then she nodded.
She walked back to the line. I stood there in the corner thinking.
Someone knows where we are. They know who we talk to to. They're following us. I'm scared and fear is eating me alive.
I decided to stop thinking about that for now and just calm down.
I walk back to the the line. But I saw Audrey at Ashton's table. Talking to Ashton and his other friends. So I walked over there.
"Hey I got you this." Audrey said handing me my drink.
I quietly mutter a thanks to her and turned my attention back to everyone at the table.
"Oh Amber. This is Michael" Audrey said pointing to the guy with bright red hair.
"This is calum."
He had dark brown hair with a little blonde in it. I laughed a little. Calum reminded me of my old science teacher back in middle school.
"Yeah I know he looks a little like her." Audrey said chuckling.
"And guys this is my sister Amber." She said and I smiled.
"Hi nice to meet you Calum and Michael." I said trying to be nice.
"So we found out all of us have the same class together." Ashton said.
"Yeah we should probably go now. Don't want to be late." Calum said standing up. Everyone stood up and we walked to class together. Everyone was laughing and talking but Luke didn't talk at all...
