"Good morning to our principal, teachers, support staffs, parents, and our guests.

And of course, our Junior High School Level III graduating class.

My name is Ms. Garell Montefalco and I'm a head of Junior High of Montefalco High School.

It's my pleasure to warmly welcome you to 2013 moving up ceremonies. It's seems hard to believe that this school year has almost come to an end. As a reflect to the past school year, I can truly say, what a wonderful year it's been..."

Yan ang maririnig sa loob ng gymnasium sa oras na ito kasama ang mga mahahalagang tao ng school, fellow graduating students and parents where you can see excitement in their eyes.

I also looked at my best friends few seats away from me. I smiled back at them when they did. Sana dito pa rin sila mag school after this moving up. Sana kasama ko sila sa dorm. Naisip ko, paano na pala kapag nakadorm kami tapos si big brother wala na dito. Sinong magbabantay sa'kin? Kanino ako lalapit kapag may problema ako? Nalungkot ako sa isiping 'yon. Haist.

Presentation of awards and honor roll where Sofia commended as seveth hornorable mention while Kaye was fifth.

"Hilton, Paris Ashley, third honorable mention.."

Kaagad kong sinalubong si mom and day para umakyat sa stage at tanggapin ang medal ko.

Matapos ang honors, kasunod naman tinawag ang mga special awards.

"Montefalco, Leighton, Loyalty Award."

Mabilis na tumibok ang puso nang marinig ang pangalan niya. Naalala ko kase yung gabi ng birthday ko. It was epic, yet the most remarkable moment in my entire life.

He may be gone in my party, but he did the great job that made my heart pound so fast and happy. And I think, I'm falling deeper. I sighed. I wish he feel the same way too.

Muli na namang tinawag ang pangalan ko para sa Best in Math Award and Athlete of the School Year Award.

After the ceremony, mom asked us where we wanted to since I didn't throw a party for this. I told them that it is just a moving up for senior high and they don't need to celebrate it grandly.

Because of that, big brother suggested to eat at some exclusive Italian restaurant and told us that it's his treat. "Tutal naman hindi na kita makakasama dito. That wpuld he my last treat as you senior here." Those were the exact words that he said.

Nang makarating kami sa restau, dumiretso agad kami sa second floor malapit sa center stage. Walang masiyadong tao, kaya naman napangiti ako. Good choice big bro. I smiled.

"Ash. Didn't you notice?" Kaye started to ask me while we're eating.

"Notice what?" I said munching my potato wedges. She frowned.

"Kanina pa kase tayo dito. But, wala pa ring ibang dumadating."

"So? What do you mean?"

"Haist. Ash. What I mean is, parang nireserved itong buong second floor!"

I gazed around the floor and Kaye was  right. Walang ibang customer ang nandito. Almost an hour na kami dito since nag order kami ng food. Mapapansin din na puno ng balloons ang ceiling and stage na parang may event na gaganapin dito later or some time.

"Diba?" Panigurado niya.

"Yeah. But, just don't that. Kumain na lang tayo."

Kakain na sana kami ulit nang mag excuse si big brother na tatawag lang daw ng waiter sa baba. Hindi ko naman soya pinansin dahil kay mom siya nagpaalam. Nagsimula ulit kaming kumain ngunit bigla na lang nag dim yung lights. Eh?
