I woke up this morning with a massive headache. I got up and went to the bathroom, took a shower and put on some grey playboy sweatpants and a grey sweatshirt.

I checked my medicine cabinet for some Tylenol but I couldn't find it. I went downstairs to ask Mom if she had some but she wasn't there then I found a note on the fridge saying:
Off to run a few errands. I'll be back soon. -Mom
I decided to call her to ask her for my pills and she said they're in the medicine cabinet in the main bathroom. I went to the bathroom and got my pills.
I went back into the kitchen, poured myself a glass of water and drank my pills. Then I made some toast and poured myself some cranberry juice. I sat on the couch and watched Riverdale.
After eating my breakfast I decided to FaceTime Derek. "Hey." I said, trying to smile. "Hey baby. Are you okay? You don't look so good." "Gee thanks. Aren't you supposed to tell me I look beautiful." I chuckled. "Yes you do look beautiful..." he paused. I hear a but coming... "but you look tired." "No way. I slept early last night." "Then how do you explain the dark circles around your eyes?" "What dark circles?"
I got up from the couch and looked at myself through the mirror. I touched the circles around my eyes and hissed from the pain. The fuck???
"Oh I saw them. It's probably just nothing." "Anyway.. are you still coming over tonight?" "Yep, I'll talk to you later okay?" "Okay bye."
I hung up and went upstairs. What the hell happened to my face? I tried touching the dark marks again, and I still felt pain. The Tylenol was making my head spin so I took a quick nap.
Jenny's POV
Mom was finally coming back from her cruise today. I've missed her so much. I'm not used to being all alone in a house. I always had Moma to keep me company, and even if she wasn't around it would only be for a few days.
I heard the door open and Mom walked in with a bunch of bags in her hand. I got up from the couch to help her carry the bags. Yes, I got my neck brace off so it was safe for me to carry things.
We went upstairs to put her bags down. "I missed you so much Mom" I said while hugging her, more like squeezing the life out of her. "I missed you too pumpkin" she said like she was running out of breath. "There's so much I want to tell you!" "Oooouuu you can tell me all about it while you rub my feet." She stretched her legs on her bed. "Well, for starters... Mrs Jones is back and she's staying at my place with Moma." I said softly. "Whaat!!!" she quickly stood up "Where are you going?" "I'm going to get Moma." "No Mom wait, Moma won't want to come back with you. She doesn't know what we know about Mrs Jones. I think we should keep it that way. She'll find out soon enough." She sighed, sat down on the bed and rubbed her head. "I need a drink."
Moma's POV
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing and I answered only to hear Monica's voice. "Bitch you just woke me up from my nap. What the hell do you want?" "So..." oh no. Whenever Monica uses a high pitched 5 year old's voice... she wants to ask for a favour.
"Since you're going to see Derek later tonight. Can I come with, I wanna see my baby!" "Really, that's all? I'm already your personal Uber driver, why are you asking me now?! Don't answer, it's a rhetorical question. I'll pick you up at 6." "What do you mean at 6? It's 7:45" "What!?!?!" I quickly checked the time. Shit. "I gotta go. I'll be there soon."
How did I take a nap for 12 hours? I don't even sleep that long. I quickly packed my bags, took a shower and put on some grey biker shorts, and orange sweater and my Nike Air Max 270 Reacts.

I left my mom a note saying I'm going to a friend's house and I'll be back later tomorrow night or Sunday morning. I grabbed my keys and drove to Monica's house.
I got to Monica's house and i found her sitting by the porch. She jumped into the car and gave me some cookies that her mom made.
"Can we stop by Mc Donald's?" "Monica, we're gonna have dinner with Derek and Jaden remember" She whined like a little girl then switched on the radio. Some boring old music started playing so I played some Brent Faiyaz via Bluetooth.
We finally got to Derek and Jaden's place and I parked my car in the garage. We walked into the house and put our bags down in the guest room. We walked to the living room and found Derek and Jaden playing GTA5.
"Y'all are too old for this." Monica said while sitting on Jaden's lap. I walked to Derek, wrapped my arms around his neck and gave him small kiss.
"Hey baby. I haven't seen you in such a long time, I've missed you." He said then kissed my cheek. "I've missed you too." "So what's the plan for tonight lovebirds. I wanna go swim." Monica said from across the room. I looked at Derek for a few seconds.. "yeah why not" he sighed.
