So this week hasn't been the best.
My eating was fine, but my moms birthday yesterday which I am sure doesn't bode well for my gut.
I didn't do Zumba this week, I just wasn't feeling great (nor was I in the mood). But, I did take way longer walks than usual, which, I know, isn't the best thing to do, but it has to do something right?
