I had a way better week this week.
I made one change to my eating schedule, I introduced regular white milk. I noticed I hadn't been having a lot of calcium in my diet and that I have been extremely sore these last few weeks so I figured calcium would help that.
I haven't noticed a difference but I fell good drinking it so... that's something!
Alright, now onto my weight. I thought I had gained weight, if you had bet me money I would have told you I have gained around 5-10 pounds.
But that's not the case! At all!
I weighed myself just a few moments before writing this and after stepping on the scales and doing some math, I am at....
204 POUNDS!
So close to my 200 goal I set at the beginning of this journal...diary? I don't know. I don't feel like a 204. I thought my gut would be a little slimmer but there are more things I need to do to get THAT down. I am sleeping a little better and my clothes have started fitting looser.
Anyway, yeah! 204!
The good news is that I'll be resuming Zumba in a few weeks. So even though I'll we working (and therefore lifting) less, Zumba will be a once per week thing so there will be more exercise in there!
I start school on Tuesday so there will be a slightly different everything schedule to look forward to in next weeks update!
