"And to present the next award, please welcome Sabrina Carpenter and Jonas!" The lights flashed onto the stage as Sabrina came onto the stage with Jonas, following with him over to the podium in the centre

"Hi I'm Sabrina!" She waved to the crowd as they clapped and cheered "and I'm Jonas, we're going to be presenting to you the tour of the year award!" He spoke into the microphone

"Best tour of the year, 2019! The all American Tour, Joshua Matthews..The sweetener tour, Ariana Grande..The Up All Night Tour, Peyton Meyer..and the Reputation tour, Taylor Swift.." the screen behind them displayed short clips of each show

"And the winner of the best tour of the year award goes too.." Jonas opened the envelope. Sabrina bit down on her lip as her eyes trailed across the name, "The Up All Night Tour, Peyton Meyer!" They called together

Her eyes darted to her seat, seeing Corey help Peyton stand up from the chair and giving him a well done hug along with Ceci and Rowan. Sabrina made her way down the runway, stopping on the stairs just as Peyton got there at the same time

He took her hand, stepping up the stairs slowly as she helped him "aren't you the sweetest" he smiled to her as they got onto the stage, her continuing to help him walk across to the podium. She nodded, "I really am" she laughed

Jonas gave him the award, shaking his hand. Peyton stepped in front of the microphone, a small smile on his face "Wow guys..I didn't even know I was nominated.." he chuckled making the crowd laugh a little

"Thank you guys so much, from the bottom of my heart it means a lot to be here today..everyone who came and saw the shows, supported me through the journey, this ones for you..also a huge thanks to management, Amir and Hollywood records, the Up All Night team, I wouldn't be here today without you" he smiled before taking a step back

The crowd cheered for him, taking Sabrinas hand she led him backstage "ahh we both won awards!" She squealed to him. He chuckled, "we sure did, baby" he leant down, giving her a kiss

After a few more awards and a small drive back to the hospital, Peyton and Sabrina walked Inside together, signing him in and waiting for the doctor to come out.

"You're back already? I was thinking you'd be out till like 3" the doctor asked as he checked his watch to see it was only just 10:30 "that's an option? I can keep him till 3am? Why are we here" Sabrinas eyes widened, looking between Peyton and the doctor

"Come on then, let's get you back to your room" The doctor chuckled, leading the two through the hallways to a room. They stepped inside, "oh this gown..how I hate this gown.." Peyton sighed as he picked up the hospital gown, disappearing into the bathroom to change

"How long do you reckon he has to stay for?" Sabrina asked the doctor. He sighed softly, "maybe only a few days.." he shrugged unsure "well thank you for letting him come today, I'm sure it broke like a million health and safety codes" she chuckled

The doctor nodded, "it did, but I'm glad it was worth it" he replied with a smile just in time for Peyton to come back out, getting into the bed with a huff "Visiting hours are over, Miss Carpenter. Unfortunately, you can't stay. I'll let you say goodbye while I go find the nurses to get him set up in the bed.." the doctor disappeared outside

Sabrinas lip trembled, looking over to the boy, her eyes filling with tears. He smiled sympathetically, "bebe..don't cry.." he gestured for her to come over. She did, sitting on the bed close to him "I don't wanna go.." she mumbled

"I don't want you to either..I'll see you very soon though" he tucked her hair behind her ear. She nodded, "I'll be here for when visiting hours start" she assured him

"I love you baby" he kissed her, holding her closely to him "I love you too.." she whispered
