The car began to rattle as it turn a sharp corner on the dirt road curved on the mountain. Star tighten her knuckles onto the steering wheel tight as she traveled further away from civilization and into the unknown. Next to her in the passenger seat, a small messenger bag, and a brown carboard box filled with files on her new patients and empty camera rolls ready to capture her work. This is her first big case for criminal rehabilitation. If these interviews go according plan, she could be walking out releasing newly reformed men into the world. Men who have experienced the worse in their life, turning around, and becoming productive citizens.

Dr. Star Swan pushed on the breaks to slow down her dark blue Honda as she rode up to Mount Massive Asylum for the Criminally Insane in Lake County, Colorado. The radio began to create a stack sound between stations searching for any signal. The radio, once playing soft country music, cuts to static as she comes in contact to the main gate. The sun resting up in the sky shining a huge yellow spotlight over the castle-like hospital. She pulled up next to the security gate switching the car into park.

"Identification." The one guard on the outside tapped on her driver side glass while another looked down into her passenger side, walking slowly around the rest of her vehicle. They both held onto large guns wrapped over their shoulders. Faces carves with frowns deep in their skin. She pulled out her purse reaching for her driver's license and medical license. The guard walking around her car peered inside the back seat where her carryon bag of clothing and toiletries sat heating up from the sun.

"Dr. Star Swan here to meet with a Mister Jeremy Blaire." She answered as the guard walked away with her accreditations. He entered the small concert and glass box where another stone guard sat. They scanned her cards into their computers watching as her information was downloaded into their files. Another number to count. The remaining guard stood by her side as she kept both her nervous hands on the wheel. She pulled a smile trying to soften the heavy weight circling them. The security guard came back with her identification and was able to pass through. She pulled up behind a military truck and parked her tired car. The engine shook into park and shut down as the keys cut off its life.  Another two guards and a sharply dressed man in a blue suit stepped out of the imposing building and towards the doctor.

Star slipped out of her car and made her way up to met the man. Her messenger bag resting on her side with one hand out to greet him.

"Hello my name is Dr. Swan with-"

"I know who you are doctor although I didn't release that you were so, feminine ." The sharply dress man held his hand out as the guards continued to walk towards her car. He paused once he studied the soft curves of her face and body. The other guards walked farther towards Dr. Swan's car was left unlocked. They began to open all doors and compartments.

"Uh I only have my supplies and clothes. No weapons at all." She gave a smile to reassure Mr. Blaire.  In no way would she risk her job by hurting her first patients. As much as she can handle herself, she rather never hold that cold metal piece to anyone.

"I understand but my bosses want to protect our patients at all cost." Mr. Blaire flashed his own Cheshire smile to keep the new doctor satisfied. His eyes ran over her petite frame. Running a hand through his already styled hair.  One hand in his front pants pocket. The sun beaming down on the pair as they stood in front of the other. A thin blanket of unease coating over the young doctor.

"You have understand Ms. Swan not many of these patients have seen a woman such as yourself for so long. Please be prepared if extra care as to be handled with some of them."

So far Mr. Blaire had little to no suspicions about the new doctor. In fact he spoke a little of truth.  Those idiots had no idea how long it has been since a woman has been this close to them since entering this hell. He would happily lock away with all these others psychos and losers to not be blessed enough to have this creature with him right now.

"It's Dr. Swan and I understand that some of these patients have not been around another female but please I do not want to be treated any differently than another doctor here."  She spoke sternly to the all too happy man.

"Then please follow me to your new home." With a wave of his hand placed slowly on her back, Mr. Blaire and Dr. Swan walked side-by-side towards the front doors letting  the latest victim into Hell.
