when their eyes
meet and the
music is too loud
and her friend
has disappeared and
she'd rather be at home
watching shitty reality
television and gossip news
she looks bored and beautiful
so he goes up to her
before she can go
up to him
he asks if he can
get her a drink
she shakes her head
she doesn't drink
but he does so
he takes a sip of
his beer and asks her
what she's doing later
that night
his eyes are green
so green
up close
they are somehow
full of light but
dull at the same
time they
intrigue her and so
she picks at
her nails
uninterestedly but
boldly tells
him that hopefully
she'll
be doing
him
