Prolouge

THE VISION

Snow, that was what the dream had shown her, she was in a place covered with snow, the trees were green and alive but covered in snow, flower blooms but it was covered in snow, the green grass are growing but yet again it was covered in snow, the sky was grey and the snow are falling, yet why the trees and the grass and the flowers are alive? Why is the river not frozen?

Laughter? She hears laughter! Looking around the place she didn't see anyone but herself, covered in crimson blood from head to toe, only then she realized that there were bodies lying down on her feet, their bloods are slowly covering the white ground.

''Sister.'' She heard another voice.

''Sister, look at me'' She knows who owns that voice.

''Sister, over here! Look'' She turned around only to come face to face with a giant tree. It was big and it's root are sticking out of the ground, it's branches reach out to cover a huge place. In summer it could offer shade, in dessert it could give relief...But in winter, it brings death. Yes death. The tree was big and alive. But the color of it's trunk and branches and even it's roots are ash... The color of when someone is burned to ashes. Evens it's leaves. But it's fruits, it's weird fruits is red as an apple but it isn't an apple, no it's redder than apple, and it's shape resembles a pear but larger than a pear.

What is it? Could it be eaten? To those who are starve, yes it can be eaten, but for those who aren't, it can be poison.

What is this tree?

She then look at the ground and noticed flowers are sprouting, weird flowers. It's redder than blood but in the middle of it there was a small tint of gold, she wanted to pluck it but was distracted when she heard an infants cry. Cry...it's crying as if it's mourning. Mourning? Why was a new born mourning? Who did it lost?
