Few days later when paytons allowed out the room
"Okay so now we've learnt aiming with our guns we're going to start aiming at throwing knives so you've all got a blade in your pockets let's not lie."Maddie said swinging a blade at a mannequin filled with straw hitting it right in the middle of the eyebrows.
We all got out our blades and started throwing them,not one actually went into the mannequin.
"Okay so as we can all see,you are all shit."Maddie laughed picking them up and bringing them back.
"Now try again,and remember it's all in the wrists"she said standing aside
Everyone started throwing them before a squeal made us all jump
"Oh my gosh don't hit the bunny!"Addison cried out as a rabbit hopped across the range
"What bunny?"Bryce said throwing his knife whilst looking at Addison,I watched as the knive went straight through the bunny and into the floor
"Bryce!"Addison cried out,punching him in the chest
"That was good aim."Mads laughed making everyone else chuckle

She brought the knives back and handed them out and we all tried again
"Harper come here that knife is too small."Maddie said from the other end of the line
I nodded and went to walk to her before Payton yanked me back by the hood of my hoodie as a knife whizzed past my face
I looked to where it came from to see Anthony with an apologetic smile plastered on his face
"Trying to get a knife in your head?"Payton spat at me.
"To be honest,yeah."I chuckled before yanking my hood away from his grip and carrying on

"Okay that's it,let's go for lunch."Mads said after we where all still failing at getting it to hit anywhere on the mannequins
Everyone sighed and where already fed up and started walking back.
I looked to the group to see Payton at the back listening to his music and walking up to him
"Can we please speak about it?"I asked pulling one of his ear buds out making him pause and look at me.
"What do you want to say?that your sorry?that you didn't mean it?"he spat at me.
"Obviously I'm sorry.I know I made the mistake but why can't you forgive me?"I sighed digging my hands into my pockets
"Because I'm done trying with you Harper,you always push me away and then when I finally get to you,you go and do that.Im done."He said putting his ear bud back in and walking of
I clenched my jaw and followed him and everyone else to the house

"It's hotdogs yall"Skye sang putting a big plate of hot dogs on the counter
"2 each."Maddie snapped as everyone fought over them
"Can I have 3 because I'm special?"Jaden smirked looking to her as her cheeks went bright red
"Fine."She giggled before he snickered and picked up a third one

I grabbed one hot dog and went and sat in the living room.
"How are you?after..the other day?"Jaden asked coming in and sitting next to me
"Okay I guess."I muttered looking to him as he shoved a whole hotdog in his mouth
"I know what you did was wrong,but I don't get how everyone is pinning it just on you,no ones said anything to griffin."He shrugged,wiping his mouth with a napkin
"Are they not?"I sighed looking away
"But hey,I'm always on your side harps,always."He smiled putting his arm round me.
"Whose tooted you're Horn"I chuckled softly realising how giddy and smiley he was
"No one.."He grinned looking away
"Is it mads?I think you two would be perfect."I smiled looking to him as he went all shy.
"She just makes me happy,not many girls can do that."He said turning serious.
"I'm happy for you."I smiled before hugging him
"Jaden did I leave my-"Mads asking coming in,pausing when she seen me
"I'll go"I smirked looking at them both with a grin

I didn't want to do anymore training so I went and sat upstairs in my room waiting for the day to go by.
